He entered the advisory business in 2000 and built his practice through the dot-com bust and the 2008 financial crisis. During that period, he saw traditional diversification fail when clients needed it most. In searching for alternatives, he encountered high minimums, lack of IRA eligibility, and accredited-only barriers—leading him to conclude the system needed to be rebuilt.

Inspired by his father, who built a community bank in Northern Kentucky to expand access for local business owners, Brad developed a disciplined, scalable approach to venture capital. After selling his practice in 2015, he created a proprietary, data-driven platform and an SEC-registered fund designed to integrate seamlessly into advisory practices.

Carlos Guzman began his advising career over 2 decades ago. Over that time, he has been able to help hundreds of families (both English and Spanish speaking) achieve peace of mind by following a unique 4-step, goals-based process. He has taught financial planning and shared his process at local churches, on the radio and at local high schools.

Carlos has been married for over 25 years to his wife Kristina and they’ve raised 4 children. They call La Verne their home and it is where you can and them hiking the local trails. They love teaching and mentoring couples on marriage principles. They enjoy listening to live music, exercising, and reading non-fictional books that focus on self-improvement.

Don Carlson is a Partner with Regal Holdings and has three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Through business planning and coaching, Don has helped elevate the production for hundreds of advisors across the country. He has been heard on the radio, and his ideas have been read in industry publications. Financial institutions have also relied on him to develop or advance financial service platforms.  The success of Regal and its team members helped Regal become one of the fastest growing firms in the industry along with being recognized by Forbes Top Wealth Managers, Inc. 5000, and The 2023 Wealthies Winner; just to name a few.

Mr. Dankelman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.

Before joining the Firm, he counseled large commercial clients a nationwide law firm that specialized in first-party property cases. For nearly two years, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fourth Judicial Circuit where he tried over a dozen jury trials to verdict.

Mr. Dankelman earned his J.D. from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law where he graduated cum laude. There, he served as Internal Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team. He earned his B.S. from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude.

In his spare time, Mr. Dankelman likes to play tennis and golf.

Jordan began his finance career in 2016 after graduating from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Financial Planning. As a proponent of continuing his education, Jordan has earned CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations and he is CFA Level II Candidate. 

Justin Berman is a fitness coach who takes each client’s goals seriously and rejects a one-size-fits-all approach to training. He understands that losing weight and building muscle can be challenging, and provides personalized 1-on-1 coaching to help clients overcome obstacles and stay on track. Whether someone is preparing for a physique competition or simply looking to improve their fitness and live a more active lifestyle, Justin is committed to helping them succeed.

He earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition from the University of Tampa in December 2023 and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Physique Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Justin has trained over 100 clients both in-person and online, helping transform physiques, improve health markers, and support better mental well-being.

Kevin, his wife, and two sons live in Grosse lle, Michigan where they enjoy boating and fishing on Lake Erie, playing golf, hunting, and raising honey bees on their farm. They are also members of Church of the Way. Kevin attended Olivet College where he received four varsity wrestling awards and was Co-Captain his senior year. 

Robert Belcuore founded Cornerstone Wealth Associates in 2010, guided by the values of education, protection, and a servant’s heart. Bill is currently the COO and Partner of Regal Holdings, Grand Rapids, MI. Bill has served as the CEO of one of Canada's premier wealth management firms.  Bill was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and operations for Assante’s Canadian financial advisory and wealth management businesses growing from 170 to over 1,800, financial advisors.
