In this episode, I’m breaking down how to set ground rules for conflict so you can stop letting arguments spiral and start using disagreements as opportunities to grow closer.
We often inherit the way we fight from how we grew up. Without intentional guidelines, fights quickly turn into defensiveness, blame, and stonewalling. But when you and your partner set ground rules together, conflict becomes a space for trust, intimacy, and partnership.
