I'm body and life coach, Courtney Gray, and each week I'm going to teach you the mindset tools that are necessary for changing the way you eat forever. Welcome to this very special bonus episode of the podcast where I'm giving you all the details of my small group coaching program. But first, I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving if you're in the United States, even if you're not in the United States, I hope you are having a lovely holiday season, and I hope you're really taking time for yourself and taking your own desires seriously. I have a program starting in January, and enrollment for this January group opens December 2 through the sixth. This is an opportunity for you to work with me every week for 12 weeks and lose between 10 to 15 pounds forever. You will do this without dieting. I will teach you the mindset necessary for eating better forever. I will teach you how to make a plan and stick to it. I'm going to get specific on the curriculum in my program in a moment, but first, I want you to know if this program is right for you. My program is for you. If you are done with the up and down of dieting, if you have gone on a diet and you've probably lost weight like I have, and you've promised yourself like towards the end, you promised yourself you would keep the weight off, and then you slowly started gaining the weight back and started shaming yourself. Maybe you don't call it shame. I call it shame when you start saying, we knew we'd do this, we couldn't keep the weight off. You know, you always do this, that's shame. And I know you're probably tired of yourself. You go back and forth between wanting to accept where you are, you know, body love all of that, but then you also really want to lose weight. You know diets don't work, and you've been listening to my podcast and you resonate with my message. You're realizing that you need to change you, your mindset, your thoughts, how you talk to yourself, your habits, how you motivate yourself. You know you give yourself excuses, and you start and stop, and then you step on the scale, and you get so frustrated when the number isn't what you want, you don't like how you feel in your clothes, and if you're really honest with yourself, your weight, your body and the way you feel about it, keeps you from living a bigger life. Now take a moment and just think about that. You might not have ever really admitted that to yourself before, but when I coach my clients, they quickly kind of realize that, yes, they could go out to the party, or yes, they could go out with friends, or yet they could do things. But sometimes they just, you know, not only is it hard, hard, kind of rallying yourself to go at night after a long day of work or something like that, but then the thought that you have to find something that you feel like looks good in your closet, sometimes you're like, I think I'll just pass maybe you want to start going to the gym, but you're like, I don't even want to put on stretch pants. I don't want people looking at me. I you know, it keeps us from living a bigger life. Maybe intimacy. Maybe you would feel more amazing in the bedroom if you actually felt good in your own skin. This group is for women who want more than just weight loss. They want to stop the war in their head, the back and forth. They want to feel in control of their workouts, of their food, of their lives. They want to be healthy. This is this program is for you. If you want to be healthy, you know that you're capable of more. And you want to age well, and you want to move well, one of the women in my program this year only had five pounds that she wanted to lose. She had already lost a bunch of weight, and she had only had five more pounds she wanted to lose. She joined my program really because she was struggling to follow through with her workouts. She kept making excuses, and she knew she needed help becoming the woman who stuck to her workout plan. She lost the five pounds, and she is following through with her workout plan. She is getting stronger every day, and it's so exciting. She just texted me the picture the other day, and she was looking so good. When you lose weight in a sustainable way, it makes every area of your life. Better getting dressed, taking pictures, having sex, shopping, asking for what you want, walking out the front door is more fun when you look good and you feel good and you feel like you look good. So now you might have 10 pounds to lose. You might have 50 pounds to lose. This group is for you. You might be 30 years old. You might be 75 years old. You might be 80 years old. This group is for you. Most of the women in my group coaching program are kind of between the ages of 45 to 65 but again, if you're 30, if you're 70, you will fit right in. In fact, it is amazing to be in a group with other women who are at very different points in their lives. Maybe you still have young kids. Maybe you've been retired for a while. Maybe you know, maybe you're married, maybe you're not, maybe you're a vegan. Maybe you are meat based. Maybe you're in a minute fast. Maybe you don't want to work out. Maybe you work out really hard. I have so many different women living different lives in my program, and all getting very similar, amazing results, similar results in the fact that they are feeling in control around food, losing weight, sustainably, and loving the process. It is amazing to be in a group with other women who are at different points in their lives, but yet they say something on a coaching call, or they get coached on something on a coaching call that you totally resonate with before I did this work, before I lost weight, before I learned how to feel in control around food and learned how to manage my mind, I used to feel like no one really understood what I was going through. I felt like I had no one to talk to about this, no one. And I have a feeling you might feel this way too. In my small group coaching program, all the women feel the way you feel. They want more for themselves. They want to feel in control. As you meet with the group every single week, you will hear them messing up, having wins. You will hear them having good intentions, making a plan, and then getting pissed at themselves for not following through. And you will hear them be vulnerable. You will get to watch them be coached by me, and you will see them start to understand what really went wrong, why they messed up. And you will learn at the same time that they're learning how to do better. You will learn so much from their vulnerability, and you will feel like you're not the only one. You will get coached by me, and you will learn from the other women getting coached by me. If you've never been in a coaching program, I want to give you an example like I want you to be able to visualize what it's like. So all of a sudden it's, let's say it's five o'clock. It's the time for the group to start. We all pop up on a zoom call together. So there's women from all over the United States on the call I teach a little bit, talk about concepts, ask if there's any questions from the materials you learned throughout our time together, and then someone raises their hand and says, I would love to get coaching, because I was doing really good last week. I was doing really good last week. And then the weekend came, and my best friend came to visit me, and I just feel like it all went to hell. And I'm just so mad at myself, because the weight I gained I lost over the week, then over the weekend, I gained it back, and I'm so mad at myself, and I promised myself I wouldn't do this. And as you're sitting there, you're like, oh my god, something very similar happened to me. Maybe you went to your in laws house and you had good intentions, and then all of a sudden, your father in law brought out a box of seas candy and was pressuring you to have some and whatever. And it kind of went sideways. And you're sitting there, and you're first of all feeling like you're not the only one. And then you hear me coach her, and you hear me pick through what really happened and really get down to the nitty gritty of why she didn't do well over the weekend. And by hearing me coach her, you realize why you didn't do good over the weekend. And maybe you say, hey, Melissa from Kansas, whatever like, I really resonate with that. Thank you for sharing that I had the same thing happen, but Courtney, I have a question about what I went through, and then I coach you, because your situation is the same, but your situation is also a little bit different. And you learn so much by being coached by me. You learn so much by watching other women get coached. Let me dive into the curriculum. What you are going to learn by being in my program. You are going to learn how to set a protocol, which is basically just a plan for how you want to eat. But setting a protocol is very different than being on a diet. When you're on a diet, you take away bread, sugar, flour, alcohol, for three weeks. And you, you know, feel horrible at first, but then the weight loss starts happening really fast, and then you get excited. And we know we've all done that very different. To set a protocol, I'm going to teach you how to set a protocol where you will eat better than you are eating now, but it's doable. It's more doable than a diet. So I'm going to teach you how to set a protocol where you can lose weight sustainably, but you can also have a glass of wine, if you like wine, you can also have a piece of cheesecake on your birthday. Whatever you do not have to give up all the things to lose weight. The women in my program are losing weight and. Are still having some chocolate, they are still having a margarita, they're still having some chips and salsa. You can't take the chips away from it. You just can't. Okay, I'm going to teach you how to get coached, how to show up and ask for coaching. I'm going to teach you how to flood your life with this work. Because if you want to become a different woman in this area of your life, and that's what it's going to take for you to change forever. You're going to have to flood your life with a different way of thinking. I'm going to teach you about how important your beliefs are, and how your beliefs dictate how you feel. And how you feel dictates what you put in your mouth. Your beliefs and your feelings dictate whether you go to the gym in the morning. Your beliefs dictate everything you do, and it matters to your weight and it matters to your health. I'm going to teach you deeply, deeply, teach you my three step process. You've heard me talk on the podcast about my three step process. It's my three step process, how to not eat that food that you keep telling yourself you need to stop eating, but you keep going back to I'm going to teach you how to do it, and I have a specific process for how to do that, and I'm going to help you practice that. I'm going to teach you how to have discomfort. On purpose. We do a discomfort challenge in my small group coaching program, and you are going to learn how to feel uncomfortable. And you might be like, Well, shit. That doesn't sound fun, but I promise you, it is powerful. And when you learn how to feel uncomfortable, then you can be more comfortable in your body. You can be more comfortable when you put your pants on. You can be more comfortable when you get naked in front of people. Because one of the things I talk about in my small group coaching program is is we, one of the reasons we eat is we are trying to not be uncomfortable in the moment, but you already are uncomfortable, right? You want to have a cookie, and it's so uncomfortable, wanting the cookie and saying no to the cookie, so you eat the cookie because you don't want to be uncomfortable, but you're already uncomfortable in your body. So I'm going to teach you how to feel discomfort on purpose, how to make it work for you. I'm going to talk all about emotional eating. You are an emotional eater. So am I? We all are. We were never taught how to process our emotions. We were never taught how to process our emotions and not turn to food. I'm going to teach you how to create a vision, because you need to accept where you are now, and yes, love I'm sure you love yourself now, but accept where you are now, and that's going to help you lose the weight you want to lose, and that's going to help you enjoy the process. I'm going to talk to you about the stages of awareness, and I'm going to teach you what stage you're in and what you need to do to get to the next stage, because you need to become drastically aware of your mindset in order to become the woman who feels in control around food, I'm going to teach you to follow through without motivation. So many people are caught up thinking, if I'm just not motivated, I cannot tell you how many times over the years someone has said, You're so motivated, I wish I was more motivated. They don't need motivation. They need to learn how to follow through. I'm not motivated. I promise you, I'm not. I wake up in the morning just like you, and think, oh my god, the gym, it's so cold out. I don't know, maybe I should just crawl back into bed. I'm not motivated, but I know how to follow through, because I understand mindset and I understand how to manage my mind. I'm going to teach you how to track your food from Curiosity. A lot of people have a lot of PTSD with food tracking, because every time they've done it, they've done it when they've gone on a diet, and there's a lot of emotions that come up with tracking your food. But there's going to be about one week within the program where you are going to track your food, and it's going to really help you understand your eating even better. But just about one week, ladies, don't worry about it. I'm going to teach you how to do a thought model. I'm going to teach you how to understand how our thoughts create our results. This is probably the most powerful tool I have learned my whole life, and it's a thought model that I'm going to teach you that you are going to still be using at the end of your life. It's going to change your life in every area. You're gonna hear me say all the time that this program is more than just weight loss and learning how to manage your mind. By learning the thought model is going to change every area of your life. You're going to learn about your beliefs, and it's thought babies. That's all I'm gonna say about that one. It's a really fun video and conversation, but I talk about your beliefs and its thought babies, basically your beliefs, and how they affect all of your thoughts on a day to day basis. I'm going to talk about confidence and how most people are waiting for it, and if you're waiting for confidence, you're going to be waiting for a long time, possibly forever. I'm going to talk about how to actually create confidence, and we don't wait for it. I'm going to talk about changing the way you do things, and what that means is changing you. I promise you, when you change this one area of your life, it changes every area of your life, and that is what makes the weight loss permanent. Let's talk about exactly what you get by enroll. Rolling when you enroll in my small group coaching program, you will get one private coaching call with me a few weeks in. So when the group starts a few weeks after that, you and I are going to meet and see how's it going. Do you need anything else from me? How are you feeling about everything? Is there anything really, really personal that maybe you don't feel comfortable talking about with the group that you actually want to talk about with just me? You get that private coaching call with just me. You're going to get 12 structured group calls with the group with me leading the calls every week, and there will be replays of the calls if you have to miss a call. It's no problem, although I find most women who are joining my groups are really committed, and they show up to most of the calls, you will get a thought and food tracking workbook mailed to your house and a beautiful little note card and letter from me. This is going to not only help you track your food, it's going to help you set your protocol. It's going to help you build belief that this is possible, build belief that this is permanent. Build belief that you can live a more amazing life. It's a thought and food tracking workbook, and then you're going to get weekly teaching videos and resources in between calls. Now this isn't hours and hours and hours of videos you have to watch. It's literally maybe 15 to 20 minutes a week. So one of the excuses I hear so often from people is I don't have time right now to do this work. False. That is an excuse from your primitive brain, you do have time. This is the most important thing you can do for yourself. I know I have a lot of interest in my program right now. When you hear me say my program is starting in January, I'm actually starting three small group programs. Each will be between six and 15 women, and every week we will meet on Zoom, and I will coach and I will teach you. I will have three different times for you to choose from. So if you let's say you work full time and you work till five Pacific time, all the times on the website are but listed in Pacific time because the website has all the information. So let's say you work till 5pm Pacific time. You might want to be in the 530 pacific time group, or maybe you don't work, and so I have a 10am Pacific Time group on Wednesday, you are going to pick which of the three groups you want to be in that fit in your schedule. What happens when you enroll? You will get a welcome video within a few hours of enrollment, and in this video, I give you some optional pre work. I know for me, when I have joined a program, I'm fucking fired up about it, and oftentimes I want to start right away. I'm like, so excited. I'm excited that I made a purchase for myself. I'm excited that I went all in on myself. I'm just, I'm just excited. So I want to start right away. So this video is going to come to you, and it is going to give you some optional pre work. So if you really want to dive in right away and start losing weight right away, that is totally available to you, you'll get the video either way. You might want to join the group and go, You know what? Courtney, I'm going to keep listening to the podcast. I'm loving it, but I'm really busy, and I really just want to give this gift to myself, and I want to start in January. That's okay, too. There's probably half the women do the pre work. Half the women wait till, wait till when the group starts. So it's totally no problem. The timing of this group is a no brainer. You will be supported and cared for from mid January through mid April. Just imagine for a moment, actually having lost between 10 to 15 pounds by mid April. Not only losing the weight because you've lost weight on diets before, but this time, you actually feel like you did it without dieting. You feel like you've done it for the last time. I know right now I'm hearing a lot of talk about body acceptance. You can accept your body and want to lose weight at the same time. I think we should do both.
