I'm calling this my modern change program, Summer Edition, because we're going to start on April 7, and it's a three month program, which means we are going to be ending the program right as summer begins. I just think that is so fun when I did when I decided to start another group, and I looked at the dates, I'm like, This is so fun, because I know for myself in years past, and possibly for you, we are headed towards summer, and the closer and closer summer used to get for me, when I was feeling like I was not eating the way I wanted to, was not living the way I wanted to, and was certainly not living in the body I wanted to. I felt a little bit like panic, panic, and I kept making promises to myself that I was going to start eating better and moving more, and it felt like this big thing was coming. I knew I was going to be in a bathing suit. I knew I wanted to be in dresses. I knew I wanted to feel good. And so this program is for you. If you're like, Yeah, me too perfect. And so here's what is going to happen. You're going to be able to roll into summer understanding yourself at such a deeper level, having learned new skills and new processes, for putting yourself first, for feeling proud, for feeling confident with the way you're living every day. So this podcast is here for you to help you make a decision. I know a lot of women, they consider working with me, but then they kind of get stuck in the I don't know when it starts. I have to go watch, you know, I want to go listen to another podcast, or maybe I need to look at the sales page. Maybe I need to make a decision. And they get stuck in kind of indecision, and they never end up making a decision. So I want you to make a powerful decision for yourself. Is this a gift I want to give myself? Is this something I want to go all in on for myself? Do I think that I'm capable of more? And so you may not know all the details of the program. You may have just been hearing me saying I've had one. Maybe again, you've went over to the sales page and read some things, but I'm going to dive in, and I'm going to give you all the information here so you feel like you can make a decision, because I want you to know what this is all about and what you really can expect to get. So first of all, I want to start with the main thing is, this program is not a diet. This program is going to teach you how to think, how to feel and how to live differently. Of course, eat, move differently, of course. But eat or think, feel, process emotion, live differently. So at the end of this program, you're not going to go back to the way you've done things before, like we all have, right? We take out flour, we take out sugar, we do all of that. We. Lose weight, and then we slowly start letting that sugar back in. In my program, you're going to learn how to make permanent changes. And then, after the program ends, if you still have more weight you want to lose, you will continue losing that weight with the new habits and the new way of thinking and the new way of eating that you've already learned how to do you can expect to lose between 10 to 15 pounds permanently over the three month period. I've had people lose more than 15 pounds, but this is like an average I love to give you a realistic picture of what an average woman does in this three month group, and that's lose between 10 to 15 pounds without dieting. And when I say that, what I mean is, some women are like, I'm not giving up my wine. I'm like, I hear you. Some women are like, I really love dessert. I really hear you on that one. So what this means is you are going to be eating better. Meaning, if you love drinking your wine, you are probably going to want to drink a little bit less. Most of my clients do. They want to either have some nights where they don't have wine, or they have nights where they want to drink less. They want to feel more in control of their alcohol consumption. Totally possible for you. They want to have dessert, but they want to be able to have dessert without going over a calorie deficit and then sabotaging the results. Totally possible for you. I lost all the weight I wanted to lose with having dessert, and I still have dessert about every other night. So this program is not going to teach you how to be perfect. It's going to teach you how to be the 2.0 version of yourself, which means not perfect, which means you're going to learn the mindset and strategies that make consistency feel natural like a new natural part of you. You're not going to be starting over every Monday. You're not going to be self sabotaging. You're going to stop wondering why you can't follow through when you do mess up. And I say that in quotes, because it's no problem. You're going to understand why. You're not going to be mad at yourself. You're not going to talk like crap to yourself. You're going to evaluate and go, Oh, I think that this one thing in my life is stressing me out more than I was thinking, Okay, let's deal with that, and let's do better tonight. Or, Oh, I think that I was people pleasing. How can I let my friends be in charge of their emotions, and how can I really, truly put myself first? So how would it feel to become a woman that truly puts herself first? Here is what you're going to uncover. You're going to uncover why you eat when you said you wouldn't, this was me for years. I would eat well all day, and then at night I would really just change my mind. You are going to uncover why you do that. I uncovered why I did that and I fixed the problem so I don't do it anymore. You're going to uncover why you turn to food when you're not even hungry. Maybe you're eating in the car, maybe you're eating when you're alone. We're going to solve for that. You're going to figure out why motivation feels so fleeting, and you're going to learn that you actually don't need to be motivated. You just need to be confident and consistent, and it's different than being motivated. One of the teaching videos in my program is all about following through without motivation. So many people always tell me, Oh, you're so motivated. No, I'm not. All the time. I am confident, and I trust myself to follow through, even in the moment when I don't feel like following through. Last week, I was not feeling good all week, so I didn't go to the gym. And I don't know about you, but when I have to actually take a week off because I either have an injury or I'm sick, getting back to the gym is a little bit of a struggle on that first day, I think it's pretty normal. And so I knew that going into today, and so I laid out my clothes this morning, I made sure my coffee was primed and ready. I actually put up my water bottle because I knew I was not going to feel motivated, and I went to the gym, and now the fire is back. I feel a little more motivated. I'm so glad I went, and now I'm going to go again tomorrow. So you don't need motivation. You just need to understand why sometimes you don't follow through and understand a process of how to follow through, you're going to uncover why you put your needs last and how to change that for good. And here's the beautiful thing, I think there's a misconception then when we start putting our needs first, that other people have to be last. It's just not true, right? If we think of our life and the people and we love that we love in our life as a stove, there are two front burners and then there's two burners right behind the front burners, right? We don't have to, you know, give everyone else in our life a fuck you just because we want to put ourselves first. You really can learn how to put yourself first. You're going to learn how to make a plan and actually stick to it, you're going to learn how to have even more fun without over indulging. This is a huge thought error for a lot of people. They feel like, if I don't have what everyone else is having in terms of food and drink, then I'm not going to have any fun. It's. Simply not true, because I'll tell you, what's fun is feeling amazing in your body as you go throughout your day, and then going where everyone else is having that fun and partaking a little bit, but feeling in control and feeling like you don't have to partake as much as everyone else. That is fun. You're going to learn how to move your body even when you're not motivated. And for so many of us, we want to get stronger, but I hear so many women saying they want to get stronger, and month after month after month, they're not doing anything about it. And there's a lot of things that are happening. They're thinking, I'm worried I'm going to hurt myself. They're thinking, I'm going to do it tomorrow. They're thinking, I don't know what to do. They're letting all these thoughts get in the way. I teach you how to not let the thoughts get in the way. And in my program, you learn how to coach yourself. Here's what that looks like. For many people, they'll join a program, and they will get a food plan, and they'll get a workout plan, and they'll get like a partner, like an accountability partner, and then while they're in this program, they feel very supported. And they feel like, if they ever have a miss up misstep, they feel like, okay, I know exactly what to do to get back on track. But after that program ends, they feel a bit lost in this program. You're going to learn how to coach yourself. You're going to learn how to go, Okay, wait a minute, what went wrong? What do I think is really going on, and you're going to have a bunch of my processes to be able to figure out what you need to do. Do you need to change some emotions? Do you need to get out of stress? Do you need to get out of guilt? Do you need to get out of anxiety, or get out of compare and despair? Do you need to change your thoughts, possibly. Or do you need to allow the feelings and process through the emotion? Do you need to allow the guilt and just sit with it? Do you need to allow the grief and sit with it? There's different processes for different stages of awareness and stages of emotions. Do you know how to make a plan that's actually not a perfect plan and stick with that plan. Do you know how to evaluate like after, if something goes wrong, instead of going, oh my god, I'm a nightmare, I always give up. Can you go, Oh my god, I wonder what happened there, from a place of curiosity, and when all of this happens, you become a different woman in this area of your life and and in many areas of your life, and you live differently. So yes, the weight loss amazing. I believe the weight loss is important. I believe going to the bank, going to get pet food, and paying your taxes is more fun when you like the way you look. It's I'm going to take it to my deathbed. But if you can actually get the weight off in a sustainable way by fixing you in terms of understanding your brain, understanding your emotions, managing stress, managing all these things in your life better, that's how you become a more confident, powerful self, trusting woman. So over the course of our time together, you are going to learn how to consistently eat and drink better. You're going to feel proud and confident with the way you are living your day to day life. You're going to learn how to vacation better, having more fun, but also feeling like you can splurge, but also make good decisions without being perfect. You're going to learn to speak kindly to yourself even when you don't do well. You're going to have days where you don't do well, and you're going to learn how to let that be okay. You're going to start moving your body with like a place from a place of like, joy and ease, but also pushing yourself to do hard things, you're definitely going to become a woman who does hard things, but hard things that are actually propelling her forward. So many women don't realize that they're already doing hard things. They hear me sometimes say, this is hard work, and they're like, oh, and they kind of shy away from that, but you're already doing the hard work. I know living in a body that does not feel like me telling myself I'm going to eat better, and then not eating better and mentally whipping myself and having regret is hard, so I want to swap the heart around and have you do this exciting, hard work of up leveling yourself. You're going to enjoy restaurants and social events without spiraling, and you're going to feel in control of your body and your life. And so let me tell you what you actually get, like the tangibles you're going to get every week a zoom call with me and a bunch of other amazing women. So really, this program is available to all women all over the world. We meet on Zoom once a week for an hour, and we coach, I teach, we celebrate wins, we talk about what didn't go right, and you are going to understand yourself at a deeper level. So these calls are really where breakthrough happens. And the cool thing is, you're going to get coached by me, but you're also going. To hear a small group of less than 10 women also going to hear them get coached. And let me tell you about why that's powerful, because you might not have ever been a part of a program that's intimate like this. First of all, let me just say, if you're like me, there are thoughts you have in your head about your eating and your body and your weight and your health and your the way you're living your life that you probably don't share with a lot of people, maybe not even your partner, may not even your best friend. So it's pretty powerful to be in a group of women where you say something and everyone starts nodding their head. I'm going to give you some thoughts that you might be thinking, that you that other women in the group are also thinking, that they think that they're too old to really make these changes. Even after they join my program, they have this worry like, Am I too old to actually do this? Why am I worried about this? Part of me, women think part of me worries like, part of me feels like I shouldn't even be worried about like, this is vain. Part of women worry like, Okay, well, I've lost 10 pounds, but I'm still worried I'm going to gain it back. It's a process to start believing that you have become a different woman. And so when someone says in the group, I know I've lost 10 pounds already, but there's a part of me that's worried you're going to be sitting there thinking, oh my god, me too, and everyone's going to shake their head, and you're going to have so much empathy for her, and she's going to have empathy for you. You're going to say things like, I just feel like I'm not having as much fun as everyone else. If I'm at the party and I'm not eating and everyone's going to go me too, and you're going to learn how to have fun while staying on track. And so you're going to get coaching from me. We're going to figure out exactly what went right when things went right. We're going to find out exactly what went wrong when things went wrong, but you're also going to learn that by listening to other women get coached. This group is specifically really catered to women midlife and beyond. I've had women in the group so far as old as 80. I can't wait to get someone who's older than 80, and what I know to be true now is this doesn't go away. Like for a lot of women, the older they get, they start thinking like, I wish I didn't care. Why does it even matter? I've tried so many things. Here's some more thoughts. Other women in the group are going to be thinking just like you, right? But I have had women that have said, I'm so glad I did your program. I wish I would have found this 30 years ago, I'm it does matter, even though I'm 80 years old. And you will find if you're sitting there and you're 42 and you still have kids at home, and you're thinking, do I want to be in a group with with older people? Am I going to relate to them? You will. And you might be sitting there thinking, I'm 75 I might be in a group where there might be some youngsters, there might be some 45 year olds. There might be olds, there might be some 30 year olds, right? Do I am I going to relate to them? I promise you, you really are, if you can, if you're already resonating with this, I promise you, you will love this group of intelligent, educated women who are wanting to make permanent changes to their lives. So the weekly group coaching calls are all over. Zoom. If you miss a call, it's not a problem. There is a replay sent only to the women in this group. You are also going to get, if you're in the United States, you're going to get a beautiful printed workbook mailed to your door. And it's a one of course, I created myself. If you are out of the US, you will get the PDF, and you will make your own copy of the book. And this is a custom workbook for this program, and it really will be your companion as we do this work together. And there's it's truly a simple workbook, but there will be about 10 minutes of journaling in the morning and 10 minutes of journaling in the evening. You will love this workbook. It is going to help you build belief in yourself. It's going to help you uncover your limiting beliefs, and it's going to help you uncover why sometimes you make a plan and don't stick to it, so we can fix it. And it is really going to guide you into making a plan and sticking to it, so then you don't always have to have a workbook for the rest of your life. You can just make permanent changes. You're going to get two private one on one coaching sessions with me, and this is really, obviously the most personal support you can get. We're going to map out the changes you want to make on the first call and create a customized plan that fits into your unique lifestyle. You are going to know every day this is the way I want to eat in this program, I don't give you a food plan that's not going to help you. What you need is to learn how to create a food plan that sounds like a good plan to you, that fits into your life, and then you work that plan. So then when our time to work together comes to a close, you're not going, Oh, thank God, I don't have to do Courtney's plan anymore. You're like, Oh, I lost weight by creating a plan and learning how to stick to that plan. Now I just keep working my own plan and iterating as I grow and I age and other things come up for me. So often I've had people say, will you help me create a food plan? And I'll say, Yes, I will help you create it, but it's going to be you creating it, because there are so much conflicting advice. Out there. You should intermittent fast. You shouldn't intermittent fast. You should go meat free, like, don't eat meat, vegan, vegetarian. No, you need to do heavy meat. You need to take creatine. No, you don't you need to be running. No, you need to be doing weightlifting. There is so much we need to create a system that works for you so it can be sustainable. So I will help you do that, especially on this first call with just you and me together. And then you will get a second call about midway through, we'll reconnect, we'll troubleshoot, we'll just make sure you are feeling supported and like the program is working for you, which it will there is on demand curriculum for you, which means when you join my group, you will, on the day that we start, you will get a login to my portal with all of my teaching videos. So I am going to teach you every week, but I also have hours worth of videos for you to watch. You're going on a vacation. Watch the How to vacation better. Video, you feel like, Oh, I feel like this is really uncomfortable. You can watch the discomfort on purpose. Video, you're not really understanding your emotions. You want to ask you, like, hey, how does that feel? Like, what is the emotion? And you're like, I don't know. You can watch the emotional eating video, or, like, the managing your emotions. Video, I have so much to teach you, and it's all a 100 times more here than what you're learning on the podcast. Of course, there is, of course, email support between sessions, so we have a weekly call, but in between sessions, if you feel like you need coaching over email, you may email me anytime, and I'm there for you. I want to answer a few frequently asked questions that you might be having right now, if you feel like you've tried everything, and you always feel like this isn't going to work, because I've tried everything, I want you to know that you've not tried this. I created this program because I also had tried everything. I created this program because I had tried everything and I was tired of dieting. I knew it wasn't the way. So most women that have joined my programs, whether they work privately or in my group program, they believe they've tried everything too. But I promise you, it's not that you've tried everything in either you're the problem or the things of the problem. It's there are some skills and some processes that you don't understand yet. You need to learn how to want something and not eat it. You need to learn how to go to a party and have so much fun and eat in a way that aligns with your goals. You need to learn how to have a stressful day and still stick to your plan. Those skills are going to follow you for the rest of your life, and that's why most other programs haven't worked for you. So this program truly is different. You'll find with this program that it will affect positively every single area of your life. In fact, I will say is that about 40% of women that work with me in one of my programs, they end up working with me again at a later time, only because they really want to, and they realize this work is powerful. They don't work with me again because it hasn't worked. They work because it has. And they're like, You know what I'm seeing? This is making my whole life better. This is a judgment free space. To talk about all the things you usually don't share with people. And so I'm answering the question that I get a lot is, like, if I've never done group coaching before, like, what's it like? I've already kind of talked about that a little, but this program you will find is extremely supportive, is extremely empowering, and again, you're going to feel seen and safe in this space. Often, women will ask me, even though I've said it's not a diet, they'll say, Do I have to give up alcohol? Because they hear me saying, I don't drink. Do I have to give up alcohol? Do I have to give up sugar? Do I have to give up bread? No, you do not have to give up any of these things. It's not a diet. You're going to learn how to eat in a way that feels more aligned with you and the life you want to create. I remember one time I had a woman on our first initial private call together. She said, You know what? For this program, I'm going to give up alcohol for three months. And I said, Okay, do you want to not drink anymore? Is that like your plan for your life? And she goes, No, I just feel like I'm just drinking too much and I feel out of control. And I said, okay, but that's what this program this program is going to do. What if you want to still have a life where there's alcohol in that life? What I want to do is teach you how to drink better. And I said, so how much, if you go out with your girlfriends, how many glasses of wine will you have? And she goes, I will probably have three, sometimes four. And I said, How many, if you could do it in a fun, sustainable way. How many would you have? And she goes, I'd have one, one and a half, two glasses. And I said, Okay, so that's what we need to teach you to do. The answer isn't getting rid of all alcohol. You'll learn nothing by doing that. The answer is, let's get you learning how to live in a way that aligns with really where you're going, and this is what makes it sustainable.
