In this episode of It’s Okay, I’m coming to you a little under the weather — and yes… very much in my “I’m Sick — Boo, You Whore” era (if you know, you know 😉).
Between sniffles and side-eyes, I’m sharing the very real (and very uncomfortable) experience of traveling while sick — because whew, nobody talks enough about how humbling that can be. From pushing through the yuck to finding little moments of gratitude anyway, this episode is equal parts honest, messy, and oddly comforting.😅
I also open up about some of the… let’s call them insignificant problems someone recently brought to me — and how moments like that remind me why I created It’s Okay in the first place. This podcast has always been about perspective, real life, and holding space for the things that actually matter (and gently side-eyeing the things that don’t).😮💨
