Hey, welcome into It's Okay, the podcast. Happy Friday, my friends. Oh my gosh. I I didn't think we was gonna make it. Like I this week has been entirely too long. And I felt that way Tuesday. Oh my gosh. If you want to hear all about it, make sure you make it to the end of this episode. You're a real one. I'm gonna tell you, I'm gonna tell you all about it. Obviously, obviously. But let's get into why you're here. If you listen to Monday's episode, you already know what we're talking about. Tiger Woods offset being shot and this crazy hammer attack that's out of Florida. And you know what? We also have another update out of Florida that we're gonna get into. We're gonna talk all about it. But Tiger Woods, okay, so this is going on now. This is like two weeks ago, the situation. But did you know, right? Tiger Woods, the DUI situation, he actually wasn't drinking. So he crashes his car, everything like that. The police get a hold of him. They're trying to assess the situation. He decides to take a phone call, right? It's all on body cam police footage. He is awaiting for another police officer to get there or um someone to examine the scene. I'm not sure who they're waiting for. Him, Tiger Woods, and a police officer. But he decides Tiger Woods to make a phone call and is like walking up the street away from the police. And police are like, hey, hey, come back here, come back here, Tiger, Tiger Woods, Tiger Woods, Tiger Woods. So he starts walking back, and you hear him like, Yeah, thank you. Okay, yeah, thank you. And he's like, Oh, I just got off the phone with the president. So, yeah, like as he is with police officers after the crash, he then decides to call Donald Trump. In Monday's episode, I said I possibly may have an update for you of what that phone call consisted of. We still don't know what that phone call consisted of, but Donald Trump, I guess, did a phone interview on Fox. Sometimes they record them. He'll call in on the show or shows, things like that, and we can hear it. But this one wasn't recorded, and it was out of the New York Post. So the New York Post did an interview with him, and Fox News reported on that, as well as other news publications and things like that. But Donald Trump said that said to the New York Post, like that Tiger Woods lives a life of pain due to his injuries, and that he's doing great. Pretty much is kind of what he gave them a statement on. You know, how they'll ask a question, like, oh, what's your statement in regards to Tiger Woods DUI? I'm not sure how they framed it, but that's pretty much what he said, and a whole host of other things, you know. Um, but yeah, I did not know this about Tiger Woods. He has had like seven surgeries on his back, and he's had over 20 operations on his leg. Not sure which exact leg, but it sounds like him and plenty of other athletes, you know, go through these surgeries and these, you know, body pains because of their athletic career, right? Now, whenever they searched him and arrested him originally for the dui, they searched him and they found narcos in his pocket. Narcos tested those, they were hydrocodones. Now, because of all his injuries and things like that, of course, he's being prescribed this to deal with the pain. But to, and they were just out, like they weren't in a pill bottle, they weren't in a bag or anything, they were just in his pocket, just pills in his pocket. To just have pills in your pocket is very random and also very strange. Come on now, we gotta admit that. But yeah, that's what he had in his pocket. He admitted to police, but of course, police asked him, like, hey, have you taken pills today? And he was like, Yeah, I took a couple. He that's what they say he said, took a couple that morning earlier. I said, Oh wow, so DUI still is the case, but not of alcohol of pills. Now I thought it was alcohol, no pills. So I don't know if he dazed off, zoned out, and like crashed his car. Yeah, he it was on its side in the middle of the road. How on earth that occurs is just wild. So he definitely must have been zoned out, but but these are things that I'm finding out about Tiger Woods that I just wasn't aware of. He had like a huge like a bad, bad crash back in 2021. I don't know if he was off the pills or if he was drunk, but it was a very, very bad crash to the point of where it was made notable amongst uh various news uh reports and different things like that. Currently, though, I did not know that Tiger Woods is dating Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. Don, he goes by Don, the president's son, and of course they have this close relationship, been friends, they've been close and things like that. But to know that he's dating the ex-wife of his son is just a little little in the family there. I uh it feels that I don't know, it's just a lot. And um because he, you know, was high off the pills, he did test negative for alcohol. So to find that out was very, very surreal in a sense. I I don't even know. But he's come out here since the crash and everything, and he made a statement pretty much saying that he's gonna be stepping away for some time, and he knows that it's serious. But the charges of the dui brought against him, he pled not guilty to those. He's of course gonna go through the court system because of this and everything like that, the pills being found on him, but but he pled not guilty to the dui, and um that is pretty much what you've got going on with the dui in Florida. I just thought it was very, very shocking to hear about. I hadn't heard about his 2021 crash and not that aware of who Tiger Woods is outside of golf and like what he does and what he doesn't do. I remember that whole thing about him being with the white wife and she like smashed his car window or something like that. I remember that being a crazy news headline, but after that, like I don't know, he fell off the radar in my news bubble. I hadn't heard anything about him. So to hear all of this was yeah, it was just shocking to me to know that he actually carries this stereotype around him of being involved with drugs and alcohol and having these addictions. And I think he's been to other rehab centers. It sounds like that's what he's gonna be doing now. I heard a report that he is actually not even in America currently, he's in a whole other country seeking treatment. I I don't know how true those statements are, but that is what Tiger Woods has going on in his life, and I just think it's yeah, it's so surreal. You know, we've discussed in previous episodes about addiction and alcoholism, and I've told my own sober story in regards to this. I have a DUI, but it was for alcohol, not pills. And yeah, it's just it's very, very surreal to think about. I am just still very shocked, and also to hear that, you know, yes, he's this famous golfer, but to hear he didn't necessarily have like this great childhood. His childhood wasn't like the rest of what we had as children, where we played outside and made mud pies and hung out with the neighborhood kids, and oh, be home before dark, but they just let you run rampant until it's dark, you better be back home. Like he was honed in on his golf career, and his father was very forceful with him in that golf career situation, is to my knowledge. But I would have I would have never known that. I don't know what Tiger Woods even looks like as a kid. What did he look like as a kid? I'll have to research up those photos. Like, what was it like for him for real? For real. Don't really know, but to hear all of that was just very crazy. We all just live such different lives, but are experiencing and going through very much similar things. Very crazy. One thing I don't have any similarities to though, however, is the shooting of offset Cardi B's ex-husband. It's funny that we can call him that now. Like, it's not even just oh, offset from the Migos. It's like offset from the Migos, Cardi B's ex-husband, all that craziness. We'll get into that another day. I like was listening into their relationship drama, but then I just tuned out because I was like, okay, whatever. But yeah, still in Florida here at the Hard Rock Casino. I didn't even know there was a Hollywood, Florida, a city in Florida called Hollywood. I've never been there, didn't even know it existed, but that's where the Hard Rock Casino is at. And this is where Offset got shot up at. So we the footage that we're seeing on social media, we're not seeing any like hard rock casino security cam casino footage. We're seeing like footage someone's recording from their phone. Who is the person recording from their phone or whatever? Don't know. And we just see him walking, and then there's another clip of like all this chaos, police cars, and police lights, and like police on top of people, and all type of crazy stuff. This situation actually makes no sense as I'm researching it. There's really no real updates on the situation. We're finding out that the rapper Lil' TJ was involved. Now, the rapper Lil TJ, unless there's like a couple of them, which I'm sure that there are, I thought that that guy was in jail. That was as of like 2020 or 2021. You remember like the guy who was rapping in his song that he shot someone, and that was used as evidence of a murder that he was implicated in in some such. I don't even know if that's the right person. I'm not sure. The person who was coming out of the courts after being arrested, but making Bond Lil' TJ. I I mean he looks different, but the other person like looked really younger. So I mean he may have grown up. I I don't know. The other, I don't know. I don't even know who these people are. Honestly, they're so far removed from my bubble. But yeah, I definitely got this notification, and he was charged little TJ not with shooting offset. So the police and whatever security cam footage at the casino that they have clearly does not show Lil TJ being the one who shot at offset. They're still looking for the person who shot him, which makes no sense to me because we live in such a police state and y'all were inside of a casino. So who was the person who did it? Is it not on camera? Like what's happening? But Lil TJ was there during the situation. He was charged with the misdemeanor of disorderly conduct for fighting before the shooting happened, but was not charged with the shooting. So apparently they don't actually see him being the one who shot offset, but it just it doesn't make no sense. And then there was like a post that offset made on Monday. This is like after the shooting on Instagram, and was like, You ain't bust nothing. And I don't know if he was commenting on little TJ's post or what that was even all about, but clearly they're still looking for the person who shot Offset. He was, I don't know if he is out now. I think he's out. There was like a report of him outside of the hospital smoking a cigarette while still receiving treatment, but I don't know if he has since left the hospital, the Memorial Regional Hospital in uh Florida. But yeah, I just thought that that was all very uh strange. I'm like, what on earth is going on? And it's like you hear about I don't know, I feel like to my knowledge, I haven't heard of like a rapper shooting in quite a while. The one that we know about as of recently, you have offset, not offset, but you've got takeoff. Takeoff was fatally wounded and did die from being shot at, and I don't even remember or know who was arrested for shooting him and how that all took place. Was it like a a hater or was it another rapper or what it was about? And then you've got um Young Dolph, he was shot. I think, yeah, the one that I'm aware of that was the biggest one, the last one was I think it was takeoff, yeah. But rappers beefing with rappers has always been a thing, but you never, I don't know. To my knowledge, I never hear about rappers like shooting other rappers. Aside from you got Tory Lane's who shot Meg inside of the car. That whole situation was very, very crazy. That's I mean, those are rappers shooting rappers, I guess you could say uh whatever genre is Tory Lane's in, because he kind of sings and raps in a sense, but anyway, I don't know. That whole thing though with offset is very, very crazy. I um still think there are gonna be more questions to be made, but out of Hollywood, Florida, they are still looking for who shot offset. Now look, the reportings of the man who beat the woman to death with a hammer outside of a gas station is so wild to me. I can't even I can't even believe. So I heard about this reporting on Tim Pool's podcast, and then he showed Donald Trump's post about this, and I'm like, what on earth? And so I have a truth social, go follow the it's okay pod truth social if you're on that app. I go to it just to see it for myself. The post, not necessarily the video attached, but did of course see the gruesome video attached because I don't think Tim Poole showed the entire video. If he did, I'm wrong about that. I don't know. I just instantly went over to True Social, but was just in such disarray. I did not expect to see that like that. This is absolutely crazy. So this man is from Haiti, comes into the country in 2020 underneath the Joe Biden administration, wide open border. Everyone came in. We've been seeing here now recently. I don't even know if all of this was occurring during his presidency. I wasn't paying attention to things like that, all of this illegal crime by illegals, but comes into the country, right? Now, DHS says that he is no longer protected in any way, doesn't have a visa card, like he is here illegally, but the um state of Florida, you know, you have federal government, you then you have your local state government. State government says that he is here legally. Now the now the Haitian man who attacked this 52-year-old woman who was a worker at the gas station is a Robert Wahin. Joaquin Joaquin killed this woman at the Fort Myers gas station, confess to police, he went to the gas station to specifically kill her. He was at the gas station two days before. I don't know what happened at that gas station, I don't know what she did, what she said, what she didn't say, what she didn't do. But this man decided that he was going to go back to that gas station and kill her. He admitted this to police. This is what the police say. The police could be lying and be like, he ain't say or and he's like, I didn't say that. It I don't believe that that is the case. I believe that he was mentally deranged, mentally ch ill, all of that, and went back there to kill her. He admits. He admits that he was banging on her car with that hammer to get her outside. This man hit her a total of six times with the hammer, hit her once in the face, she instantly falls, he hits her on her side stomach area, and then bashes her four more times, strictly on the face. She is not able to defend herself with her hands, so he is quite literally beating her face in, and this woman is dead, absolutely senseless, did not have to happen, and I just absolutely crazy what happened to this woman. I just can't even, I just can't even fathom it. I can't even fathom it now, like I mentioned, he came into the country underneath Biden in 2020. He was underneath a uh protective status. So now the Trump administration is looking to revoke a Haitians off of protective status because apparently there's a lot of Haitians that are underneath protective status, they're trying to remove that completely. Now the lower local courts have been blocking them from doing this, but in just three weeks, they or it's maybe less than three weeks now. The Supreme Court, however, will be hearing arguments for the case on this. So I don't know if they're trying to remove these 350,000 Haitians because of this attack or if they were already in the process of doing that. I believe they were already in the process of doing that, and I have no comments or ill wills or concerns on that at this time, but I just it's absolutely crazy. Absolutely crazy. And they are just transporting him so peacefully. I would be throwing this man around. I probably shouldn't be a police officer. Definitely shouldn't be, because I would definitely let my emotions get the best of me. I'm like, oh my gosh, this is so it's. So senseless, like I said. I just cannot fathom that this happened to this woman. She's a mother, 52 years old, banging on her car. I don't, I just I don't know. And then the fact that he knew that was her car. So it's like, yeah, definitely watching her. He's automatically underneath the guise of charges for premeditation because he admitted he was there two days earlier and went back to do this. Was he watching her? How did he know what car she drove? Like, did she pull up and he saw her get out of the car? Or did he watch her go home and get in the car? Like, all of that is very scary. Like, insanely, insanely scary. Now, the um they're kind of they're not necessarily having a speedy trial for him, but after the attack, like days later, he of course went to court for this, his charges, what he's being charged against, and everything like that. Um, don't know what he's gonna plead or if they're gonna, I doubt that they're gonna have a trial because it's quite literally on video. It's pretty much just gonna go through the sentencing process, I'm sure. Um, he may or may not be deported. Um, I'm pretty sure they're looking to deport this man. Um, but we will see about that and how that works. But he is currently in jail in Florida. Um, but the lead investigator in the case says that he recognizes Robert Joaquin um as a suspect in another case. So this man um currently already has a file, and I don't know why he hasn't been deported already, or maybe he was already underneath protective status still in that state, and now federally they're getting involved because it's on video and it's just so gruesome. And Donald Trump treated it, uh tweeted about it, so I'm pretty sure that's why it's getting the notoriety that it's getting ha ha would we have heard about this case had he not um tweeted it out. I'm not sure, but it's very crazy to see something like that. I just we live in just such a brutal world, we have to keep our heads on a swivel, literally, literally. It's like it's so scary out there in these streets. It truly, truly is. Um, now on the back end of this episode, I'm not even gonna lie to you guys. I said on Monday that this is what we were gonna talk about. I did not want to update about what I spoke about in Monday's episode. I just kind of wanted to leave it how it was, but I'm like, if you're gonna be an authentic, genuine, hard at work podcaster, you have to do your due diligence, you're gonna have to look into the updates and what happened and not just briefly speak about these things, even though I kind of briefly, briefly did because I honestly am exhausted from this week. We had a lot of callouts at work today, people calling out. And when you have a call out, either you can cover the shift or you can't. Whenever you're a man down, everyone has to pick up the slack for that one man being down, and you have to do your work on top of others' work, and it can be a lot, it can be a lot, and I am coming on the back end of this episode to complain a little bit. I think we deserve it, we deserve it. It's Friday, it's the weekend. We deserve to debrief for a second. I definitely want to hear about how your week was because child, when I say my week was insane, insane. Had just so many tasks to do. It's the same stuff every month, honestly, every week, every month, really. But this week was just it was a long one. It honestly was. And then the weekend goes by so fast, and it's right back here again. But yeah, I just had some call-outs at work and had to pick up extra slack, so that just was very tiresome. I had an appointment um this Friday morning at seven. Did that, um, went into work later, got off later, so that's always very annoying. But it's totally fine. It's all okay. It's totally okay. Everything's gonna be fine, everything's gonna be okay. Even with all of this heavy stuff that we are discussing, it is gonna be okay. Yeah, I just kind of had to take a break from talking about politics because that's all a lot. But even when talking about not politics, we still end up talking about politics. The Supreme Court, federal governments getting involved with this guy who beat the woman with the hammer. But I think they might need to federally get involved because I mean, from what it sounds like, the lead investigators like, look, he's already been implicated in other crimes, and the state is just letting him kind of be. And like, no, you don't need to let him be, he needs to be out of here, is what he needs to be. One less criminal is very, very good, I should say. But look, I am ready to enjoy my weekend, and I know you guys are ready to enjoy your weekend as well. If you made it to the end of this episode, if you made it to the end of this week, I should say work week, the weekdays, you are a real one. And remember, it's gonna be okay. All of us have problems.
