Going For It 🌟 Building National Champions
How do you build a full volleyball team from scratch, starting with 2 players practising on a tiny patch of grass, and catapult them onto centre court to win gold at the Canadian National Championships? Well, Coach Sis Phant did just that ~ with Team Harmony, just north of Toronto. And it was no accident. As I interview each player, join me in discovering how the deliberate focus from Coach Sis on respect, kindness and connection developed a powerful loyalty that motivated them to bring their A game to every single touch of the ball. The best part of this story? I never predicted that I'd learn so much from these 16-year-old girls who sparkle with wisdom and extraordinary emotional intelligence equivalent to Harvard graduates. Come ~ be surprised. Be inspired.
