"Am I eating too much?" is such an important question! (And you must ask it without shame, judgment, or drama.) If you ARE eating too much, we need to address it or you will continue to be at a higher weight than you want to be. (If you are holding onto excess weight, it's likely that you are eating too much, but it is not always the case.)

But (and this is a crucial but) the first step is to figure out WHY you are eating too much and this can be different for everyone.

Learn about the 3 groups of people who want to lose weight and see which one you identify with the most. Then learn about some basic reasons why you might be overeating.
