We discuss why decision fatigue around food is one of the most underestimated obstacles for high-achieving women — and what it actually costs you when you don't have an answer ready. We walk through what makes a meal a true Sure Thing: how it delivers physically, mentally, emotionally, and practically, keeping you full and focused for hours without the guilt spiral that follows a "whatever" meal.
This episode also goes deeper than food strategy (of course it does LOL). We also explore the mindset shifts that makes the Sure Thing actually work.
