In today’s episode, I’m chatting with Jacqui Bongiovani – a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher, Yoga teacher and podcaster. Jacqui completed her health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where she immersed herself in holistic health, wellness, and nutrition, acquiring a diverse skill set rooted in evidence-based practices and integrative approaches. After graduating from IIN, a trip to Thailand to get a Yoga teacher certification presented itself as the perfect opportunity for Jacqui to go inward while delving into traditional practices and methodologies that later on laid the foundation for her multifaceted approach. As a coach, she facilitates her client’s self-discovery and transformation by believing in their innate ability to craft their life's narrative and manifest their deepest desires. As a podcaster she supports and inspires listeners on their wellness journey by having profound conversations with top notch personalities in the wellness field. In our chat she shares her journey of finding her purpose serving in the wellness space and how she keeps her energy up.
