In today’s episode, I’m talking to my dear friend Cam Pereira - a fellow countryman, Chemical Engineer, and former co-worker in the aluminum manufacturing industry. A reflective moment in his life a few years back, led him to take Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering program, after which he felt called to dive deeper into his inner experience and spirituality. Then, on a sabbatical year, he traveled to India and, for 10 months, volunteered at Sadhanapada (Sadhguru Gurukulam Residential Program) at the Isha Yoga Center, where he immersed himself into Yogic tradition - a life-changing experience. In our conversation, he talks about Isha Yoga practices, insights from his inner engineering process, and the main lessons he is now building his life upon. I hope you get as inspired by this conversation as I was! Take a listen!
