In today’s episode, I’m talking to a dear fellow IIN graduate Viktoria Levenberg. Founder of LVNHealth Viktoria is a dynamic Health Coach specializing in holistic wellness. With certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Become Alive, and SALA, Viktoria blends her expertise as a Health and Emotional Intelligence Coach, with her knowledge as a Yoga Teacher to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health. Viktoria is pursuing a postgraduate degree in health science with a focus on Human Nutrition to better help clients unlock their potential and live balanced, fulfilling lives. In our conversation, she shares her amazing life story and personal journey to finding holistic health, healing emotional wounds, and learning the power of self-care. She also briefs us about the pillars of her emotional coaching offer.
