There are moments in life that change us forever.

Sometimes they come through unexpected loss, trauma, or struggles so deep that we wonder if we'll ever find our way back. But usually, our darkest moments become the source of our greatest purpose.

In this conversation, we talk openly about mental health, trauma and resilience. My guest Sy Alli, a suicide attempt survivor, is now a mental health advocate, author, and chaplain who has dedicated his life to helping others navigate life's darkest storms.

Having personally battled severe PTSD and survived a suicide attempt, Sy understands firsthand what it means to feel lost. His book, Out of the Storm, was written for those who feel adrift in depression, trauma, or despair—a reminder that even in our darkest moments, hope is still available.

If you or someone you love is struggling with depression, PTSD, or feelings of hopelessness, I hope this conversation reminds you that you are not alone and your story is not over. You can definitely change the game.

So, let’s dive in, shall we?
