The Feed My Health Podcast
Welcome to the Feed My Health Podcast — for women who want confidence, sex appeal and control, without giving up dinner and drinks.
This isn’t a podcast about “being good,” starting again, or shrinking your standards as life gets busier.
It’s for high-functioning women who know they’re capable of more — and are ready for direction, structure and leadership over their health and habits.
I’m Rosalind, founder of Feed My Health, and myself and my amazing team coach women who want to look better than average, feel confident in their bodies, and stop relying on willpower to hold it all together.
Inside each episode, we talk about what actually works when results need to last:
- Building a body you feel proud to live in
- Staying hot, confident and in control in real life
- Why smart women still self-sabotage under stress
- How to stop starting again — permanently
- Creating structure that supports your lifestyle, not fights it
We don’t shame desire here.
We don’t pretend health means sacrifice.
And we don’t soften the truth to make everyone comfortable.
This podcast is for women who want longevity and desirability.
Standards and joy.
Health that fits the life they actually want to live.
🎧 New episodes every Monday.

The Feed My Health Podcast
I've got a secret...
Here’s something I avoided saying out loud for a long time:
I care about my health — and I care about looking hot.
And I know I’m not the only woman who feels that way.
Somewhere along the line, wanting both became something we were meant to downplay. As if being healthy should be enough. As if wanting to feel attractive, confident, noticed… was shallow or embarrassing.
This episode is me calling time on that.
I talk honestly about how my coaching started, how I drifted into a “safer” version of myself, and how a tough but clarifying weekend snapped me back into alignment with why I do this work in the first place:
to help women feel strong, confident and deeply attractive without giving up real life — dinners out, family lasagnes, or a glass of prosecco with friends.
We get into what actually works when it comes to sustainable fat loss and body recomposition — strength training that changes your shape, daily movement that supports your energy, protein-forward meals, and sleep you protect like it matters (because it does).
But we also talk about the stuff most plans ignore.
The emotional drivers.
Wanting your partner to notice.
Wanting your friends to say “you look amazing.”
Wanting to walk into a room and feel confident in your skin.
I’m not interested in shaming those motivations. I want to use them properly.
That’s where things get simpler: planning indulgences instead of winging it, using plate maths when you’re eating out, deciding your non-negotiables in advance, and getting back to routine without drama or punishment.
This way of doing things won’t be for everyone — and that’s intentional.
I want to work with women who value standards and joy. Longevity and desire. Health that actually fits the life they want to live.
I also share what’s changing inside Feed My Health, why the energy feels different right now, and what’s coming next. The voice is clearer. The standards are higher. And the outcomes are bigger.

If you’...
So I want to be really honest with you. This weekend could single-handedly transform my life, my happiness, my business, my mission to help as many women as possible. I want to take you back to when I first started my business before it even really had an official name, although I I always wanted to call it Feed My House. My reasoning for wanting to create this business was because I really truly wanted to help as many women as possible to move away from yo-yo dieting, move away from thinking that they had to do something really miserable and restrictive and grueling in order to look great. And once I had figured out the blueprint for myself and got the results myself and realized after years of doing all those crappy diets, how simple it actually was with the right blueprint, I was like, I need to share this with the world, I need to share this with other women because there are so many women out there who are going to spend the next what 20, 30, 40 years of their life chasing this goal, this vision, and not succeeding at it. And there are there are girls right now who haven't got to that stage yet but will because they're watching their mums do it or their grandparents do it or whatever. So at the core, my my reason for wanting to start my business was because I wanted to help so many people. Now I'm gonna be really, really honest with you. I've let myself down massively, and it's quite a vulnerable thing to actually admit because you don't want to admit that maybe you took the wrong direction or whatever, but I'm going to because what I have found that's happened, especially in the health and fitness industry, is that every man and his dog now seems to do the job that I do, and it's bizarre. They all start off as PTs in the gym and realize that it's long hours and there's not a lot of money to be made, and they decide to go and do things online because obviously that's the way the world works, right? But that wasn't my backstory, so it always felt a little bit frustrating, and then I'd see people who were potentially in their 20s or early 30s, you know, doing really successful things, and me feeling very frustrated by that. So this weekend I went to basically mastermind the whole situation and really kind of come back to the mission, the vision, the why. And I realized that the person I am most passionate about helping are women like me who care a lot about their health, but also want to look really goddamn hot. And do you know what's really frustrating for me is that a lot of the people we were chatting about it, a lot of the people in the room were like, see this when you talk about this, you're like, that's who you are, this is your personality, but you're not showing up as you, and that's what I want to apologize about because I think that you know, I think that I am showing up as me, but I'm showing up as a specific version of me that is maybe safe or accepted, or doesn't rock the boat too much, or doesn't say what I really want to say, and I'm gonna tell you this now every single human being in this world should care about their health. Most people don't, and that's really that's really you know horrendous. Most people want their health, most people want to live long, healthy lives, and that's what I can with 100% certainty help you do, and I am passionate about doing. But I also believe that we have lots of other core needs in our lives. We are battling with self-doubt, we are battling with confidence issues, we want to be desired by the opposite sex or the same sex, we want to feel accepted in this world, we compare ourselves to our friends all the time or what they look like, what they're wearing, what they have. And as much as I want to tell you, you don't need to do any of those things, you don't need to care about any of those things, and as much as you want to believe that it's not about the number on the scale, that your husband loves you just the way you are, as much as you want to tell yourself that, and my goodness, you know, to to a degree a lot of that is true, you still believe that's still the core doubt that you have in your mind, it's still the emotional drivers for you, and I really want to tap into that now because that for me, honestly, health aside, was a real real driver for me. I really did give a crap about what the scale says, and I still do now. I really do give a crap about whether I look desirable. I still care about that now. My drive to change my body came from a place of wanting to feel confident, wanting to feel attractive, and wanting to feel sexy, and I have now spent the last however many years almost not talking, well, actually, not talking about that because I was afraid of judgment. So human psychology kicks in and we sort of shy away from talking about the things that we we care about. And I know for a fact that there are so many women out there who feel the same way. We want to feel desirable, we want people to look at us, whether that be our friends, whether that be our family members, whether that be our partners, and we want them to look at us and go, wow, she looks amazing, or we want our friends to go, oh, she looks good for her age. We do care about that, and I'm not gonna be apologizing for saying this anymore, and that is what I'm gonna be talking about a lot more now because you might not agree. This might actually, do you know what? If you don't agree, that's really good because you perhaps aren't my person, okay? So that would be good. It's really, really good to understand that, and this is a this is a caveat, a bit of a life lesson, but it is not your responsibility to make everybody like you and everybody agree with you, and actually, it is your responsibility to almost filter people out because you cannot like nobody in this world is gonna like you, not everybody, sorry, is gonna like you, and nor should they, in the same way that you don't like everybody, and nor should you. So, this message might not hit for everybody, and nor should it, but it will hit for somebody, it will hit for that person who really really really loves to eat out, really flipping loves a glass of prosecco, really, really, really loves inviting their friends around for games, snacks, and drinks. Really, really loves going out for lovely meals, really loves sitting down with their kids and digging into a big lasagna, really, really wants to go, you know, home to their spouse, and their spouse still like slaps you on the ass and tells you you look amazing, and genuinely means it, and you genuinely feel it. I want to talk to you guys because I know you're there, and I know that I can help you. And we have an incredible team at Feed My House, honestly, where the scope and the knowledge that we have, we can transform your life, you know, undeniably. But I want to speak to you if you are somebody who can relate to what I was saying, you give a you give a damn, you give a damn what people think, and that's actually okay. I'm giving you the permission to know that it's okay, you've got standards, you are standards for yourself. I want to speak to you. I want you to put your hand up and tell me that's you, because I know that if you are struggling and you don't feel desired, and you don't feel sexy, and you don't feel healthy, and you can't possibly figure out how to socialize and enjoy your life the way you want to, and still look amazing. I want to help you because it's so flipping as possible, it really, really is. So, all this to say, you are gonna see a massive shift in what I talk about, the passion that I have behind what I'm gonna talk about, and a whole host of other things, and I couldn't be more excited for this change, really and truly. It's the first time actually since starting my business all those years ago that I genuinely feel like this is this is right, this is aligned, this is who I am and what I believe in. And unapologetically, we are gonna make some hot women even hotter from the inside out and the outside in, and it's gonna be flipping amazing. So stay tuned because I've got a really exciting opportunity coming up, which I'm gonna be, I haven't quite figured out the timings yet, but it is gonna start on the 5th, no, it's gonna start on the 6th of January, so stay tuned for that. Stay tuned for that, but it's gonna be really flipping exciting.
