Hello, welcome back to the podcast Journey to Well. So today we have a fellow business coach. I always love having conversations with business coaches because it's really fun to see how every business coach has their own kind of perspective and approach to their journey and the way that they show up for their clients and serve their clients. So today we have Haley Passy on. She is a business coach Instagram zesty blonde love it. So, haley, I always allow my guests to come on and introduce themselves, share whatever you feel called to share about yourself. You can give us the whole story, you can just give us bullet points, whatever feels right for you. But who is Haley? Hello?
Speaker 2:everybody. I am so excited to be here. Hannah, thank you so much for inviting me on the podcast. I know we're going to have so much fun. Like everybody, you don't need caffeine today. We're going to have a blast because we're about to kick it and you're going to get energized. So I'm Haley, aka the Zesty Blonde, and you'll learn really quickly why people call me that.
Speaker 1:I didn't name myself.
Speaker 2:The Zesty Blonde that came from clients, came from my husband, came from people in my life.
Speaker 2:They're like you, just girl, you know how to spice up a room and I was like thank you very much. So, anyways, the way I so backtrack a little bit, a little, just introduction for me. So I actually started my coaching business after having a really successful marketing agency Close the doors. On that, it was no longer aligned, it wasn't lighting me up anymore and I launched my coaching business after being homeless for a few months, living with my parents, and then like just you know, crazy stuff hitting the fan and I have like a whole story we can dive into if we want to behind that. But within 10 months of launching my coaching business we had done over $200,000 in revenue. So it happened really, really quickly and my whole goal is to help more God-led women, more faith-led women who are the high achievers, who are the high performance girlies, step into a rich and relaxed joy compounding business step into a rich and relaxed joy, compounding business, so be able to create those high cash months in a way that feels so juicy, so expansive and so frigging relaxed.
Speaker 2:So that is what I do. I help women quantum leap from that rich and relaxed space and I freaking love it. I'm also a mom to an almost one-year-old and I love her so, so much much. I could talk about her all day. Um, she's so cool. And then we live. Right now we live on an acre in Georgia. We're looking at moving to Tennessee in the near future, but we have a little. We call it our suburban homestead. We have ducks, and quail and like a big old garden and you know I, I'm all about that homestead life.
Speaker 1:So that's just a little about me. I keep telling my partner we're getting ducks and he he keeps saying no, but he doesn't know that it's actually gonna happen, like they are such prolific egg producers. Yeah they're so cute. Come on like do you eat the quail eggs too? Interesting. I've tried quail eggs. They're very interesting. They're like so tiny they can't get over the size of them. I don't know, I had like such a mental block when I was eating them. But they're good also.
Speaker 2:Yep, they just taste like egg.
Speaker 1:I love that. Well, thank you so much for coming on. I'm super excited. I love having conversations about money because we have such so many mental blocks oftentimes of especially as women and as business owners of like, and a lot of times it's subconscious, right, like. A lot of times it's it's like yeah, logically, I know that I can make money, um, but there's all of these subconscious blocks of but can I really make money, can I really be successful? Can I can make money? But there's all of these subconscious blocks of but can I really make money, can I really be successful, can I really make a lot of money? So let's, let's dive into that.
Speaker 1:But I also want to just introduce Haley's human design. She's a four, six emotional authority, manifesting generator and girl. You have so many defined centers. It's wild. You have seven out of nine defined centers. So I don't know for, for what's the word? Geeks like me, if? If you know human design well, she has a undefined spleen and undefined ego and everything else is defined, which I love some, some humans that have the defined crown and Ajna personally, and defined root center, because your girl has an open crown and open root center.
Speaker 2:You're going to have to like delve into that with me. I know surface level human design. I'm like, tell me more.
Speaker 1:So I'm excited to talk about that.
Speaker 1:We will, I'll pepper it in. I'm like, tell me more, so I'm excited to talk about them. We will, I'll pepper it in. And then at the end I also always talk like I'll just kind of pull one piece of your human design chart out and I'll share on that. That's kind of my how I love to close my podcast and my one of my biggest loves is human design. It's been one of the key things that has shifted so much in my life and my business, so I love to share it with all of my guests. But let's talk about let's start money mindset. Then we can talk a little bit about quantum leaping. So I'm always very curious of your personal story, like what led you to Well, maybe what led you to close your marketing business. But then also like what has your personal journey on your money mindset been? Have you always been someone that's kind of embodied I can make a lot of money or was this something that you did a lot of work on?
Speaker 2:Oh, okay, which way. There's so much I can speak to on both of those things, but let's dive in to. You need to know a little bit of my background in order to really know like the money mindset shifts that have taken place. Because I grew up living, you know, on food stamps, living being supported by the church, living on Top Ramen and frozen peas, because frozen peas were healthy, you know, and I have like a very crunchy mom and so like I know that was so painful for her.
Speaker 2:But that was all we could really afford, and so I like that's where what I grew up with, that's what I grew up with, and I vividly remember times in my life where my parents, really well, we just don't have any money at all, so we're going to have to just make do with whatever. Or I remember like we the church gave us like a certain amount of money to go to a thrift store to buy clothes, like I remember those specific instances and I'm so grateful for my. My parents worked really hard. They worked really really hard. They didn't understand money. They both grew up in with families.
Speaker 2:My, my mom grew up in a family where, like parents never talked about money. My dad grew up in a family where they were pretty well off, but they had 14 freaking kids so, and most of them were adopted and so, like, my grandmother just was collecting children, um, but anyways. So they were well off, but they had 14 kids, so it didn't seem like it, you know, and they never talked about money either, cause that was not, that was not fancy.
Speaker 2:I was not very fancy to talk about money and my, my grandmother's very into fancy. So, anyways, I so they tried their hardest and now they're in a much better place and I'm so grateful and I love watching like the transformation that's taken place. But I vividly remember. So my first like real interaction with money was when I was five years old, and this actually jumpstarted my entrepreneurial journey. And so this is where, like the, the through line, is the connection.
Speaker 2:Um, when I was five years old, I desperately wanted to take ballet classes. I thought balling, being a ballerina, was gonna be like the coolest thing ever. I was like I'm gonna be a professional baller. I, from a very young age Haley, knew who she was like. Yeah, I was gonna be a professional baller. I was gonna be famous and people were gonna give me all the money, like that was, as a five-year-old, this big dream that I had. But I, of course, I had to take ballerina classes. Yeah, I asked my mom and I begged and I begged and I said, mom, please, and she said we just don't have the money. We don't have the money. So it was a hundred dollars. Okay, it was a hundred dollars for, I think, four months of ballerina class, as I called it and I was like, okay, well, I'm gonna figure it out then, and so I started my first business.
Speaker 1:Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 2:I had business cards and everything they said, helping hands on them and I passed them out to the neighbors and I got paid like a dollar a quarter here and there to sweep people's floors and wash their windows and weed in their garden and I worked all summer long so that I could make this money and my parents put up half of it Bless them, I know they didn't have it but, I, made $50 in one summer as a farmer, oh my gosh.
Speaker 2:And that was when I like started to be like, oh, wait a minute, like I can create whatever I want wow and I obviously, like you, forget that. You go through experiences like I was five, so um, but that probably served as a foundational piece for why I closed down my marketing agency, because I realized I was creating money at the cost of what I really desired.
Speaker 2:I was working 60, 80 hours. I was working with incredible humans that I loved, but most of the work that we were actually doing inside of this marketing agency was business development. They didn't know what to offer. They didn't know how to position themselves. They didn't know what to offer. They didn't know how to position themselves. They didn't know.
Speaker 2:I wasn't just like let me create content for you and run ads, and it was okay. We need to work on the mindset piece of yeah, actually you can have 200 people coming in through an ad. Do you have the capacity, like energetically, to support that? And so I was like, hmm, interesting, but I I was probably 22 at the time, 21, 22. I was like nobody's going to listen to me as a coach. So I really was like and God really was putting that on my heart he was like you want it? It's nice. I'm like come on over, this is what I want you to do. And I was like shut up.
Speaker 2:So I ran away from that. I had a Jonah Jonah moment. I felt got swallowed by the whale and like I had to come into Jesus moment, you know, and I had to. I went so far into burnout, working so much um, that I had to close it down, like, like, at the expense of I was so exhausted. I was having to take like three or four hour naps in the middle of the day, which meant I was staying up later to complete things and having to wake up early, you know.
Speaker 2:So it was just this toxic cycle and I realized I needed like something needed to change. And my mom called me in the midst of this, like something needs to change, and she's like, hey, you guys should move to Georgia. We were living in Arizona at the time. I was like, oh bet, 16 days later we're in a moving truck driving across the country. Omg, no, and we didn't have, because I had closed down the marketing agency and we spent all the money on the move Like we didn't have any money to buy an apartment or get into an apartment.
Speaker 2:Even so, we lived with my parents for a few months in their one bedroom and their tiny little cabin in the woods with no internet. I had to drive to the church 45 minutes every day to get internet to launch my coaching business. So, anyways, when I finally did that at the end of that time period so, anyways, when I finally did that at the end of that time period, we grew really, really quickly. But it was because of this decision that I made that I get to have, like I get to have my cake and eat it too. I get to have the money because I'm doing what I feel called to do and what I feel most aligned with what I feel God has placed on my heart. I know the abundance always comes because of it, and so making that decision and leaning in right, not just being like oh well, this would be nice, but leaning fully in, like full body, there's nothing else that I could be choosing in this moment because I've chosen this so hardcore. That made all the difference.
Speaker 1:It's like the analogy if you've ever heard it of. Well, I don't know if it's actually a thing, but I heard it like burn the boat right.
Speaker 1:So like when you're traveling somewhere and you get to your island destination, a lot of us will keep one foot on the boat, one foot on the island and kind of teeter in between and be like this is what I want to do, not sure. Like the boat is my safety net and that's the. That's the invitation to burn the boat, to get rid of, let the boat float away. So then you're on that island and you have no other option, you have no backup plan. This is, this is plan A, b, c, d, and and you have no option but to be successful if you make that decision.
Speaker 1:I mean, it does still come down to making the decision of this is. You know, this is what I was created to do, and I love that. That's part of your story too of like. This is truly like what I felt was placed on my heart and this is what I was created to do. I think that there's a lot of, there's a lot of I don't know foundation behind that. There's there's a lot behind that of believing that this is this is what you were placed on on this earth to do.
Speaker 2:Right, yeah, for sure. I fully believe money follows certainty, right. And when we're certain, okay, we're certain about our desire, this is what I want. I want to create, you know, 20k, 30k cash fund. When we're so certain we back that desire so much, we know it's going to happen, and so we can actually relax, right, we can open our hands instead of white knuckle gripping, and when our hands are open, that's the only time that we can actually relax, right, we can open our hands instead of white knuckle gripping, and when our hands are open, that's the only time that we can actually receive.
Speaker 2:And so, when I'm working with clients on this because a high achieving woman, her best, what she believes her greatest asset is, is white knuckle gripping it right, yeah, it's controlling everything. And so and we want certainty, not control Certainty is what builds well. Certainty is what invites more money in. Certainty is what makes us a magnet for money, opportunities and clients. And so that shift into being certain instead of waffling or being, you know, going back and forth about do I really get to have this, do I really want this, do I, you know, and then trying to control the situation makes all the difference.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it does. So tell me how you, how you go. How, how does one go from beginning to shift their mindset of, like the white knuckle gripping, I have to work 80 hour weeks to be successful, or I have to, I have to do everything and I can't. Maybe I can't reach out for help or I don't have the ability to like hire help, right, like that's a reality for some people. How does one go from beginning to switch their mindset.
Speaker 2:All of it comes down to cultivating inner certainty. First, because we the reason we think we have to work X amount, or the reason we think we have to produce X amount and we have to control these outcomes, is because we don't feel like we've got our own back, which is a hard realization for a lot of women Like we feel like we have to control the circumstances around us because if we don't, the bad things will happen to us and we'll be out of control and then we can't control what we will do about it. Right, but when we cultivate this inner certainty and self-trust, it becomes a lot easier. So what I have my clients experiment with doing is like daily self-trust exercises.
Speaker 2:You say you want something. You say you want to work out every day. Why aren't you doing that? You say you want to eat healthier. Why aren't you doing it? That's something that's fully within your control, but because you haven't shifted your identity of being somebody who does the thing right, you're somebody who thinks about doing the thing. It's creating more uncertainty within you because it's something that's completely within your scope of influence Right, or something that you really easily perceive as within your scope of influence.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:We don't necessarily perceive like more clients and more money yet we have to get to that point but we don't perceive that as within our scope of influence.
Speaker 2:But like, yeah, you say you're going to go make yourself a cup of tea. You know that that's like completely within your control and completely something you can do with ease. But you say that and then you don't do it. You're cultivating uncertainty in your ability and so just experimenting with, like those little trust exercises to build that muscle so that you can cultivate more self-trust in the long term, more self-trust in the long term, and also looking back at even just like the recognition of, oh, I've walked myself through this traumatizing experience.
Speaker 2:You know, I've walked myself through this stretchy space in my life. I've accomplished this Like, oh, I can trust myself. That wasn't because of anyone else, that was because of me, right? And I think sometimes as women, we just forget because we get, we get in it and we keep moving and we, you know all the things are happening all around us and we're creating all these things. We forget what we're capable of, because we just look at as part of our daily life or part of what's happened, part of the past, instead of owning the fact that we are brilliant and have created so much magic.
Speaker 1:You, you are, you're also a Leo, so maybe you'll resonate with this. I think I saw on like a Leo post one time, but Leo the lion, right. So like our, our, the archetype of Leo is a lion and lions are like king of the jungle, one of the strongest whatever animals in Africa, um, in the zoo, um. So I saw this post one time and it was something, something about like remember your power, and that's always stuck with me and I always just every time I see that like a lion pops up in my mind. But I also I got I have a tattoo of a lion on like the back part of my arm, and that was part of my journey was remembering, like remember your power, remember how much influence you do have, how much influence you do have, how much power you do have, how much um certainty, I guess, in your language, how much certainty that I can create within my life, and and how much I've pulled myself through and walked myself through even the hardest times, even the darkest seasons of my life.
Speaker 1:Like you have done that you, you've made it through, no matter what we've experienced in our life, so that's a really beautiful reminder it's. It's so foundational Like I think I know that I can get lost in so many other pieces of my life or of my business, but that's a really beautiful foundational piece to remember. I love that.
Speaker 2:I think of a Simba. Remember who you are.
Speaker 1:Yes, exactly. Oh, my God, maybe that's where I got it from, no, so let's talk quantum leaping. I was telling you before we hit record. I'm like I don't think we've ever talked about quantum leaping on the podcast before, and it's something, to be honest, it's something that I know about, maybe I've explored it in the past, but it's certainly not something that I would consider myself an expert on or even confident enough to speak on by myself. So I'm very curious to hear your perspective, your definition of it, your explanation of it, and then and then maybe we can share some fun stories of either clients that you've worked with or yourself, but I would love to just hear your, your, explanation of it.
Speaker 2:So I don't delve, like super, into all of the like spiritual aspects of quantum leaping. My definition of quantum leaping is you are one place and then you have no idea how you got to this point. That is like blowing your mind right. Quantum leaping is a life that blows your mind, a business that blows your mind, and it can happen at any time.
Speaker 2:Like people take micro quantum leaps every day yeah every day you wake up like I feel like I go to bed and I wake up in a quantum leap and I'm like, oh yeah oh yeah, I, and I often tell my clients, you know when, if you really want a quantum leap, you need to just shift your identity and, when you like, go to I'm closing the doors to this and I'm when I wake up, this is the identity. Like, put it on a little post-it note on your bed or on your, your nightstand, um, and remember who you are. And I think that that, um, even just like that subtle shift, creates so much space for massive success in a short amount of time. Yeah, which really, like when people delve into quantum leaping, that's what they're they're wanting is a massive success in a short amount of time. Yeah, yeah, they're wanting to go from like oh, it drops in the bucket to a waterfall.
Speaker 2:So I don't know if there's anything you want me to like delve in specifically around that, or if you want me to talk about what I help my like the protocol I help my clients with to quantum leap. Sure, yeah, let's do that. So I have this thing called the quantum leap protocol. Okay, that I teach my clients and the first thing you need to do, do and we've actually already talked about this, just like a little bit, you'll see it kind of just woven in the money mindset piece as well.
Speaker 2:because, truly, if you want to quantum leap your business which I'm sure like podcasts specifically for women in business um, you want to quantum leap your business. You want to go from like and whatever you're making now to 5, 10, x, that Right. You've got to determine exactly what you want. That's the first step in the quantum leap protocol. We, as women, always want to like, exist in the space of good enough, because we're scared to want more out of fear of disappointment, and so we never actually determine what we want. And if we don't determine a clear direction, like, we're going to quantum leap ourselves off the cliff right.
Speaker 2:Yeah, like you don't even know what you're aiming for Right, so you need to determine. Then you need to decide, and that is where the certainty comes in. So determine exactly what you want, like what would feel so juicy for you to quantum leap into, for you to step into right. Then decide that you get to have that.
Speaker 2:What is the identity that you need to claim, not create the identity that you need to claim, not create, not like, because it's not something new to you, it's just something we've been like ignoring, right, like we're, we're closing one eye and moving forward and then deliver. This is where, so, we've determined what we want, we've decided we get to have it and then we need to move as if right. This piece is really hard for a lot of people because, again, like, we like to control things, we like to white knuckle grip it, we like to. So when we're in the deliberate, we don't fully identify with this new version of the version of us who has a multiple six figure business, the version of us who has a seven figure business, the version of us who effortlessly invites clients in with her messaging, with her content. We're not identifying with that woman fully. We're still identifying with who we've been.
Speaker 1:Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2:And so we, when we deliver, still we deliver. We think more output is what is required versus a shift in energy, so we're just doing okay, cool. Well, the one the version of me who makes seven figures in her business is writing eight pieces of content every day. She is selling in all these different spaces, she's creating new offers. She's girl. We are rich and relaxed, right Like, let's sit down for a minute. That's not the vibe. Maybe she's more clear about exactly who she's speaking to. Maybe she identifies the path of least resistance for creating 50K this month and leans into that. Maybe she feels so excited about the work that she is doing that she is able to effortlessly create eight pieces of content, but not because she has to, because it feels really good and it feels like oh yes, I need to get this off my chest, I need to share this with people. When we move from overflow of identity, that's where the quantum leap takes place.
Speaker 1:I love that. I love that a lot. You're you're making me think of um. You know, something that I said is I love hearing how other business coaches do things, because we do similar things just in different languaging. So a huge part of my languaging is is human design, and part of human design, we have what's called a um, or like a manifestation process or a manifestation type. Do you know this? I've heard it before. Okay, so it has to do with your arrows. If you're looking at your human design chart, it's the bottom right arrow and it's going to be facing right or left, or it's also called like your perspective arrow, I believe, and you can either have a specific manifestation process or a non-specific. So you are a non-specific manifester and and basically how you just described, and it's so beautiful of you, instead of like labeling, like I have to create 80 piece 80, gosh, please don't create 80 in one week. I mean, maybe, if you want to, eight, some people can do that.
Speaker 2:And if you want to, yeah, I will never be me. I'd be like oh yeah, I planned my content three months in advance on my who right, I wish sometimes I'm like man, how's that feel?
Speaker 1:But I can't do I would. I couldn't do that. I can barely plan like a week in advance. I'm a very it's part of our manifesting generator energy, by the way but like very in the moment, like God.
Speaker 2:I'm laying down the tracks as the train is coming along Like yeah exactly so.
Speaker 1:So non specific is is more so. How do I want to feel instead of creating you know X amount of pieces of content or calling in X amount of clients each week? It's how do I want to feel calling in those clients? What type of clients do I want to attract? Not like they're. You know they're making like $8,000 a week right now and they want to make 40, like.
Speaker 1:Not the small details, it's how to? What characteristics do I want this client to have? It's someone that feels really driven or someone that feels, like you know they're stuck in their life, whatever, whatever that feeling is for you? And then, how do you want to feel versus a specific manifestor? Like maybe is definitely is a little bit more focused on the details of the numbers, of how much do you want to call in, how much content do you want to create, but finding that balance between the two of we all like kind of what is it in astrology? We say, like everyone has all of the zodiac signs in their profile, no matter if you're a Leo, that's your sun sign, but we all have the whole wheel within us. Same thing with human design. We all have all of it within us. It's just finding that balance of a little bit more nonspecific, a little bit more specific, of a little bit more non-specific, a little bit more specific. But that's what you're making me think of when we were talking, when you were talking about it, and it's a, it's a beautiful reminder and seeing what resonates with you, like how, how does it resonate with you?
Speaker 1:I always recommend looking up your human design chart because sometimes it's actually the opposite that we feel like is easier, like it would be so much easier if I was a non-specific manifestor. It'd be so much easier if I was like a projector, um, but working with your unique energy and how that, how that comes up with you, and then how it feels in your system, in your body. Does it feel expansive, does it feel light, does it feel restful? Like you said, um, does it feel, does it feel aligned? That's a big word that I use, um, but does it feel aligned with you? Is that something I don't know why my camera's going all blurry Um, is that something that feels aligned to you? So, anyway, there's, there's a little human design piece.
Speaker 2:I love it, I love it.
Speaker 1:So final question, before we talk a little bit more about human design. So final question, before we talk a little bit more about human design Anything else that you feel like, man? I really this is something that I wish that everyone knew. This is something like if I had one sentence, one minute to share a message, what would it be?
Speaker 2:Can we talk about messaging for just a second? Yeah, can we talk about messaging for just a second? Yeah, because I I think that there are so many women who are confused about what messaging is and it's actually pulling them off this trajectory of quantum leaping love it, um and I, and also creating more money, and I see so many. This, like this, is the thing I wish I could like preach to the world. Girl like your I help statement is not your messaging, statement isn't even your messaging. You are the movement, you are the messaging. And when you can clearly communicate and say, okay, people hire me.
Speaker 2:When blank, and you can pour from that over like feeling so certain in that blank, you know the blank space, yeah when you can feel so certain in what you write there, when you can be so aligned with embodying it being the one, that's when your messaging, like you, get to be less specific in your messaging. When you're more certain in your messaging.
Speaker 1:Okay.
Speaker 2:And so I think that, like a lot of women are getting tripped up in this because they never feel certain enough to actually be making sales from their messaging, when they're having like coaches from every corner, be like you're messaging. So the reason you're not making sales is you're messaging sex. Your certainty sucks, babe. When you are more certain about who you are and what you can do for people and you pour from overflow, that's when you'll see a quantum leap in your sales and then the money that you're able to buy in because, again, money loves certainty People love to give money to people who are certain. If you think about human psychology and cults, like, people love to give money to people who are certain, people are drawn to people who are certain. The more certain you are not that you need to be a cult leader, but the more certain you are, the more people want to pay you.
Speaker 1:I love that. So you would argue it has less to do with like. The structure of like. This is exactly how you have to word it. This is this is you know the like? Couple words fill in the blank. Couple words fill in the blank. It's more so knowing what you offer and being certain for what you have to offer. 1000% Love it, love it. Thank you for bringing cults in the conversation too. I love it Feeling we're kindred spirits about like the cult documentaries.
Speaker 2:I don't know why.
Speaker 1:Lord, let's not go down that rabbit hole. All right, I'm looking at your human design chart. Let's see. We already talked a little bit about specific, non-specific.
Speaker 2:What do I want to talk about? Tell me about my defined centers, girl. I need to know more about that.
Speaker 1:Sure, so I love that. I'll always talk about centers. So our human design centers. If you're looking at your human design body graph chart, it looks like a body and it has a bunch of shapes in it. So we have two shapes that make up the head, then we have seven other shapes and it roughly also reflects the chakra system. So a lot of the names are the same.
Speaker 1:So, like we have a sacral center, we have a solar plexus, we have a throat, we have Ajna, which is just your third eye, we have a crown right, and then some of them kind of don't like we have an ego center or a G center and a spleen. So those are the ones that kind of don't align with the chakra system. Each of these we call them energy centers. Each of these energy centers holds its own characteristics, personality traits, its own energy and again, if you're familiar with the chakra system, we can kind of use that. So, like the solar plexus is, is our center of. It's actually like our life force energy center. If you're a manifesting generator or a generator, you have a defined solar plexus. Our root center is our connection to grounding. It's also a pressure center. It's our connection to, like I always think of. It's kind of our connection to like, like ancestral work, to our crown center is our connection to well in in the chakra system, our connection to the divine, to God, spirit, whatever you want to call it. In human design it's more like our connection to thoughts and insights and ideas. So when you have a defined center, I always use the analogy of a door. So when we have a closed door, people can still come through that door right Like they could jimmy open the lock, they could break through the door, but it's going to take a lot more effort for that person to come through. We're talking in terms of energy. It's going to take a little bit more effort for other people's energy to come into our defined centers versus our undefined centers or our open centers. That door's like halfway open so people can just breeze right on through. Their energy can come right on through.
Speaker 1:With undefined centers we typically have the question to ask ourselves is is this energy mine? So, like with your spleen, you have an undefined spleen, the spleen rules instinct, undefined spleen, the spleen rules instinct, intuition, fears and overall wellness and like wellbeing. So let's just say like the shadow side of fear, one of the questions that I would always coach my clients is if you're feeling very anxious or you're feeling very fearful or you're feeling very worried about something, whatever that's in business, right, like I don't know you're, you're worried that you're not going to get enough clients. First question is this fear mine, or is this someone else's fear? Is this someone like? Is this my parents fear? That kind of instilled in me, this lack mindset or this like just enough mindset and there's, there's an opportunity to do like in human design we would call it deconditioning and clear out the other energy of that person. Or we don't always have to know. It's not important to know whose fear it is, it's just important to know if it's yours or someone else's, and we might need to do that multiple times throughout the day.
Speaker 1:Like you have a, you have an undefined ego and an undefined spleen. So ego is also called our heart center. It's a willpower center. It's also one of our motor centers to like where we get energy from. But it's really surrounding like community and material wealth, and oftentimes actually, as I'm saying this, oftentimes one of my favorite ways that I've had undefined centers explained to me, because we also sometimes we feel like, ooh, I need to know, like all of my defined centers and like all of my undefined centers are my weak spots, but they're actually your opportunities for the most growth in this lifetime. So, with your undefined ego of like material, the material world, material wealth, oftentimes we can look at our undefined centers for our I would argue like I've never actually worded it this way, but I would argue we could look at our undefined centers for our purpose and our passion in life, because that's probably where you've done the most work or where you have the invitation to do the most work. You're still young, we're still young, so maybe we still have work to do. We always do. That's where we have the most invitation to learn and grow and expand. Because we have this like, it's almost like you can understand other people's perspectives even more easily because their energy is just flowing in you all the time.
Speaker 1:Versus our defined centers is kind of like our root, our like what we naturally possess, and so we can get a little bit stuck sometimes that would be a shadow side of a defined center. Stuck Sometimes, that would be a shadow side of a defined center. We could get a little stuck in our way of doing things or are like with you, like defined Ajna. Your way of processing information is very consistent and that's a good thing. It's not a bad thing at all. I have a defined Ajna too, but it's a very consistent and it tends like we tend to process things pretty similarly throughout our lifetime versus somebody that has an open Ajna or an undefined Ajna. Their processing, their mental processing, might change, that pattern might change over time.
Speaker 1:So that was open, I mean, that was undefined and defined centers. I love that. I love that Super interesting, super interesting stuff. So there's your little human design, uh, school, school for the day. Um, so where can people find you? Where can people follow up with you? Where do you hang out the most? Uh, if somebody wants to follow up with you and learn more.
Speaker 2:So I am on Instagram zesty blonde blonde with an E. So I am on Instagram Zesty Blonde, blonde with an E. You can also find me on Facebook. I have a Facebook group called Zesty Empire, so you can join us over there at your trainings. I also have a podcast which we're going to have you on, and it's called the Million Dollar Moves Show, and on the Million Dollar Moves Show, we interview humans who are making million dollar moves, what they're doing, what's working, what's not, and there's a little bit of coaching sprinkled in there and it's so much freaking fun. As well as on the million dollar move show, I'm sharing my million dollar moves. I'm sharing daily right now, until the end of the year, business coaching on the podcast, so super juicy.
Speaker 1:I love that. That sounds so fun. I'm excited for that. All right, Miss Haley, thank you so much for coming on. This is such a fun conversation. I appreciate your time and your insight and your wisdom. Thanks for having me. It's been so fun.
