SPEAKER_00:

Good morning. I am grateful for this new day. As I wake up, I find myself here, noticing what day it is, what time it is, how old I am. I notice what season it is. What are the trees doing? Is the grass green? Is it spring? Is it winter? Is it summer? Is it fall? As I wake up, I notice my own body, my soul, my mind, noticing the top of my head, base of my soul, the backs of my shoulders, I notice energy running all along my spine, my hips, my pelvis, my legs, my feet. As I take big deep breaths, I feel the oxygen giving me energy, waking me up for the day. I am grateful for this new day, a fresh start, with fresh choices, new ways of being. Today I choose to focus on my well-being. I feel my agency and choice and resource, my ability to move. I have flexibility and strength, grit and grace. I'm grateful for everything today will bring. I'm going to notice where I am and what I am doing. I'm going to choose what I focus on, where my energy goes. I call all of my energy back to me. Like little balls of light or a wash of color. I pull all of it back into my chest, my belly, my back, my head. I am lit up with all of my own energy and capacity. I notice any energy in my body, in my field, in the room that is not my own. And I release it. Today I notice where and when and who I am. I choose to be present, to be aware of what I am doing and who I am doing it for. And if and when I find myself in a state of being or a state of behavior that doesn't align to who I want to be, I give myself permission to change course, to pause, to notice, to forgive, or to ask forgiveness, and then to change my mind, to change my state. Good morning. I'm grateful for this new day, a fresh start, a new opportunity. I take my time today. There's so much time and space to breathe, to slow down, to be present.
