Amanda Ashcraft

Amanda is a licensed therapist and registered dietitian. I started my counseling career at an inpatient adult eating disorders rehab center that was wonderful. I lived through the 90s and 2000s as a young woman in a family of mostly women in the pre professional dance world. Luckily I didnt have a high level eating disorder but definitely learned some disordered eating patterns and body messages that I’ve healed through personal work, education, and the beautiful experience of helping and watching wonderful women also heal.

Ash McDonald

Meet Ash McDonald: Ash is a walking contradiction: working less than 15 hours a week, running a multi-6-figure business, homeschooling her kids, and traveling the world.

But, it didn't start that way.

She rebuilt her business from the inside out, prioritizing emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and sustainable success. Jaime Carden-O’Brien

Jaime is the founder of Free to Be and a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working to help people live their best lives for 29 years. She has specialized in working with children and adolescents for the majority of her career and noticed consistent themes occurring with the teen girls she saw in her practice. Young women are getting caught up in the comparison game, just as so many women before them,  feeling like they are not enough, don’t measure up, and  feeling like they don’t belong. Through her own personal development work, Jaime realized how wonderful it would be for girls to start working on themselves at a younger age rather than waiting till they were in their 30’s or 40’s. When girls are able to realize they can be themselves, they will be more confident to find their people, the ones who accept them for who they are. Free to Be is all about teaching girls how to love and accept themselves and to be strong in their voices.

Samantha Hawley

Samantha is a Journal Coach who's experienced many life transitions that accompany big emotions. Everything from moving 8 times in 10 years, going through pregnancy & new mom life, getting divorced, and feeling complacent and unfulfilled in her Corporate job. She didn't feel safe opening up about her big feelings anywhere except her journal.

A beautiful thing transpired after she began writing: she discovered her voice, elevated her self worth & started living her life more intentionally. Now, she coaches her clients who are also going through transitions how to create the same level of awareness, inner peace & 'untethered joy' in their own lives through journaling. They learn to create a habit out of journaling so that they can always feel validated, hopeful & identify the next step as their life unfolds.
