Why I love fasting?! There are so many health benefits but only IF you fast correctly to your hormones, and as women that can be little more complex.
Listen to this episode if you want to find out how to fast and diet properly as a woman. As women we need to follow our hormonal cycles and eat accordingly, especially if you want to see results. Women's health has not had enough research and time dedicated to, and only now are we discovering women can not diet/fast the same as men.
A reminder that not one diet suits anybody and you must come to understand your bodies own hormonal cycle.
