For the Underdogs is a destination for anyone that has ever felt defeated and had to claw themselves out of hard situations. Host and former NFL vet, Jamil Douglas guides listeners through his personal experiences of finding his authentic self beyond the sport of Football. He will share the drastic changes he’s made to his daily routine, mental mindset, and embracing vulnerability.
This podcast will share a diverse lineup of experiences and will feature interviews with an array of different type of underdogs; from athletes to thought leaders and entrepreneurs.
