7 years ago I was a shadow of my former self and felt a long way from myself. I had no energy, no confidence, I couldn’t sleep, and I felt depressed, anxious and isolated.
Fast forward to 2024 and I’m now a confident and content woman, who’s empowering and motivating others women to feel the same.
I’m a nutritionist and author, and in this podcast I'll be sharing my best advice to help you feel better about yourself. Whether you have physical or psychological problems relating to perimenopause / post menopause or you want advice on how to age with strength and vitality then you're in the right place.
Each week you’ll go away with something utterly doable that will really make a difference to how you feel both physically and psychologically.
The goddess name is tongue in cheek but hey remember there's nothing wrong with getting noticed in midlife and doing what makes you feel good.

(which is an acronym for the Neuro Science of Wellbeing)

We focused in on sleep and stress - two areas that a lot of us struggle with.
Bianca explains how to incorporate simple habits like getting outside for a just a few minutes in the morning, and how that can really set us up for a positive day and a restful night.
She explains the power and the science behind the 'physiological sigh' that can be a game changer when we're in the midst of a stressful situation.
And how we can calm and prime our nervous system for a good night's sleep by practising NSDR - NON-SLEEP DEEP REST
