Where we use our energy is so important.
It is easy to get caught up in things that are not benefiting you our your goals, and using your energy for what is going on around you. Do not use your energy on the wrong people or in the wrong places.
We only have so much energy in a day. When you learn to use your energy in the right way, it will change your life and your goals. This goes for weight loss, health, relationships, etc.
TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR DAY AND WEEK AND THINK OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU WASTED YOUR ENERGY ON THINGS THAT STOLE YOUR TIME AWAY FROM THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU.
There is mental and spiritual energy- we need both in our lives to thrive and survive.
I go over a few skills that will help you in your day and week. I also go over how I utilize my energy- I use it on my priorities, which helps me reach my goals every day and then my long term goals. We all need to have priorities to focus on. Are you putting yourself in a situation where you are using your energy negatively? We need to set boundaries for our own energy. Make a list of all of the most important people and things in your life, and prioritize that. I also go over investing into your energy.
