JUDITH GUERRA

In this episode, listeners will be introduced to the meaning of BIPOC, including its pronunciation, and the significance of this term within the context of social justice and representation. During the month of July, Mental Health America pays tribute to the late Bebe Moore Campbell, an impactful trailblazer and dedicated advocate for BIPOC communities, who worked tirelessly to raise awareness about mental health issues facing people of color. Additionally, she is celebrated as the founder of NAMI (National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month).
