Dr Sims is a rural GP Obstetrician and Menopause Specialist who has a passion for connecting with and empowering other women to be the best version of themselves. Disappointed with the vast amount of contradictory information targeted at menopausal women, Dr Sims also recognised the gap in medicine that has been identified around the globe in managing women going through it. Dr Dims strives to bring evidence based information to those who are searching for answers.

Happy Thanksgiving to our U.S. listeners! 🦃 This week, I’m reflecting on gratitude and happiness, which inspired next week’s episode where I talk about 10 happiness hacks!
In today’s Mindful Moment, I share how watching my kids grow has taught me the importance of growth and embracing each stage of life. It’s a reminder that personal growth is something we can all continue to nurture.
I also share an exciting update—I've teamed up with my dear friend Suzanne, co-founder of Fit Physician Coaching, to help busy women physicians achieve their fitness goals. It's such rewarding work, and it’s a perfect example of living into my values of growth and empowerment.
Speaking of values, I’ve been reflecting on how knowing and living by your core values can guide decisions and create more joy. I recommend diving into Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead, where she talks about the importance of practicing, not just professing, your values. For me, growth is my top value—and it shapes everything I do.
