Hey guys, if you're an ops, finance, or senior leadership at an agency or consulting firm, I've got five dates for your calendar over the next few weeks that you'll want RSVP to right now. Check out the episode notes and you'll see all the listings there and the links to register. Here we go. On the 15th of April 4:00 PM uk, 11:00 AM Eastern, I'll be joining finops expert Rich Brett and ops expert Manish Kapur for The Maturity Gap webinar. We've dug into the results from the business maturity quiz from everyone that's completed it so far, and we'll be presenting the findings on where professional services firms like agencies and consultancies are falling short and what you can do about it. On the 23rd of April 9:00 AM in London, The Handbook: Breakfast Sessions is back, and we're talking about challenges of running a multi-entity business. These events are essentially group therapy for senior leaders running agencies or consulting firms, operating under Chatham House rule. Small groups, good food and honest conversations. So I hope you can join us if you haven't been to one before. On the 21st of May 1:00 PM in London, The Finops Conference. There's a lot of talk about becoming data-driven, but what does that actually mean and how can we level up financial acumen across our businesses and all roles? Well, we're cooking up something that's gonna answer those questions. The resources are gonna be free for everyone, but this half day event specifically is for 50 plus headcount agencies or consulting firms. So if that's you, drop me a DM and I'll see if I can score you a free ticket. On the 28th of May 9:00 AM in London, off the back of The Finops Conference and the finance resources we're launching there, we'll be hosting another of The Handbook: Breakfast Sessions. This one's called When Finance Met Operations. I'll be joined by Rich Brett again, and we're gonna be getting into metrics reporting and becoming genuinely data driven. Finally, on the 3rd of June, 9:00 AM in Manchester. This is a big one because it's the first time we're taking The Handbook: Breakfast Sessions outside of London. Rich is gonna be coming up north with me, but we need to know there's enough demand before we firm everything up. So if you're in Manchester or nearby, please RSVP to that ASAP. That's five events. Check out the episode notes Because I know I've been speaking fast, and you'll see all the listings there and the links to register I hope to see you there.
