This Valentine’s Day, I’m realizing that the truest act of self-love isn’t chasing, forcing, fixing, or explaining its letting go. Letting people do what they do. Letting life unfold how it’s going to unfold. Letting myself feel what I feel without rushing to numb it or make it pretty. The older I get, the more I crave regulation over chaos, peace over performance, and self-trust over control. In this episode, I talk about what it really means to not take things personally, to let disappointment exist without letting it define you, and to trust your boundaries even when it’s uncomfortable. This is about choosing mental elevation over emotional spirals, letting sadness breathe, journaling your way into clarity and everything you desire and waking up each day saying: however today goes, I trust myself to handle it. If you’ve been holding on too tight-to people, expectations, or versions of yourself this one’s for you.
