Episode: The Clients Who Get the Most Progress

Everyone wants results.

Everyone wants to lose weight, build muscle, feel better, have more energy, and become more confident.

But after coaching hundreds of people over the years, I've noticed something...

The clients who get the best results aren't necessarily the most athletic.
They aren't the ones with the best genetics.
They aren't the ones with the most free time.

They're the ones who fully embrace the coaching process.

They check in.

Check-ins aren't about me making sure you did your homework.

They're an opportunity to reflect.

To evaluate.

To identify what's working and what isn't.

You can't improve what you don't inspect.

They take progress pictures—even when they don't want to.

Nobody loves taking pictures on the weeks they feel bloated.

Nobody gets excited to step on the scale after a weekend that didn't go as planned.

But those are often the most important data points.

Progress pictures remove emotion.

They tell the truth over time.

They own both the good days and the bad days.

This is a huge one.

Successful clients don't disappear after a rough weekend.

They don't ghost their coach because they're embarrassed.

Instead they say,

"Joe... I had a rough few days."

Great.

Now we have something to coach.

The only thing coaching can't fix is silence.

They track—even on imperfect days.

Most people stop tracking when things go off plan.

Ironically, that's exactly when tracking matters the most.

Tracking isn't about perfection.

Tracking is about awareness.

When you stop collecting data, you start guessing.

And guessing rarely produces great results.

They lean into accountability.

Accountability isn't punishment.

It's support.

It's having someone in your corner who sees things you can't see.

Someone who can encourage you when you're discouraged.

Someone who can challenge you when you're making excuses.

Someone who reminds you why you started.

They understand that change requires change.

This may be the biggest difference.

You can't continue living exactly the same way and expect a different outcome.

If your habits don't change...

Your body won't change.

Your health won't change.

Your confidence won't change.

Your future won't change.

Growth requires discomfort.

Transformation requires new habits.

Results require action.

Final Thoughts

If you're serious about changing your life, don't just hire a coach.

Use your coach.

Check in.

Ask questions.

Share the wins.

Share the struggles.

Take the pictures.

Track the meals.

Stay engaged.

Because the clients who get the most progress aren't the ones who are perfect...

They're the ones who stay coachable.

They embrace accountability.

And they understand that lasting transformation isn't built on perfect days...

It's built on consistently showing up, especially on the imperfect ones.
