Dance, Self Love + Honouring your authenticity - secrets to health and happiness with guest Rachel Molenda

Rachel is loved for her authenticity, vulnerability and contagious energy. Rachel uses music, dance, mindset strategies and in-person experiences to help people remember their power and catapult them into doing the damn thing they were born to do.

A bit more about REUNION:
REUNION is an alcohol-free dance party for women to the sounds of popular and eclectic house mixes. Created by Rachel Molenda (aka "DJ RAE"), REUNION was inspired by the self-expressive, uplifting nature of the rave scene to give women a safe, judgment-free environment to remember who they really are and catapult them into living their most authentic life. The experience begins with an opening circle, followed by a guided movement warm-up into free-form dance and is completed with a closing circle.
