Honouring your hormone changes as you age - Part 2: nutrition tips with guest Shannon Gale

Edie Gudaitis Wellness Season 3 Episode 6
  • What is your relationship with food? Do you love to prepare meals, cook and bake? Or do you see it as a chore or more of a necessity?

  • Do you ever notice how food makes you feel? Energized + grounded or tired, jumpy or bloated?

  • Did you know that healthy fats help to balance hormones and support our cardiovascular health as we age?

  • Did you know that as our hormones shift, our protein, fibre and fat intake changes too?

In today’s episode I’m chatting again with the amazing Shannon Gale. We’re continuing our conversation from the last episode about the hormone changes we experience in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause - with a focus on nutrition. It’s truly an empowering conversation, with tips to elevate the way your nourish your body, starting right now :) You’re gonna love it.
