"Run for HER": Passion Projects, Transformation, Self-Belief + Heart-Centred Living

Edie Gudaitis Wellness Season 4 Episode 9

“She believed she could, so she did.”

  • Have you ever had an idea that turned into a bigger initiative, project, offering or event?
  • Have you ever surprised yourself with your strength and power by completing a race or personal fitness goal that you hadn’t achieved before?
  • Have you ever changed the trajectory of your life because deep down there was a whisper for something greater, different and more in alignment with the truth of your soul?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then you are really gonna love this conversation!

Sometimes, YES -  life can feel chaotic, uncertain and trigger discomfort… other times it reminds us of our own power + strength and guides us to something FAR greater than our conscious brain could ever imagine. Most often, life is a practice of surrender + choosing love and faith, as we take steps to align with our greatest passion + truth.

Remember: Your pace + path is your own - honour your process :)
