A bit more about today’s guest:

Christine is a yoga teacher and a creative expressionist, who moves through life honouring her inner-child, and finds true joy in connecting with others. Through movement and breath she rediscovered deeper layers of herself, and her yoga classes hold space for students to do the same.

Since Yoga is Christine’s soft and safe landing space, her classes are known to create that same environment - one where people feel safe to access themselves - while also tapping into play and light heartedness.

With creativity and expression at her core, Christine also enjoys breathing life into “old / discarded” items - beautifully transforming them into something new… reminding us that we are all meant to be different AND we all deserve to give ourselves another chance too. She believes that being able to change (anything) is one of life’s greatest and most cherished gifts. What would it feel like to give yourself another chance?
