I’m your host Edie Gudaitis. As a certified yoga, meditation, breath-work instructor, coach and bestselling author, I offer one on one guidance, and support to beautiful humans across the world. One of my favourite things is to empower people to remember and live their unique brilliance. And one of my favourite ways to do that is by bringing people together in retreat style settings and in conversations like these.

Creativity, Self-expression + Playfulness: Following the YES's in your body
- What ways are you allowing yourself to create and tap into creativity?
- What feels alive within you and is rising to the surface to be expressed?
- When your body communicates with you, are you truly listening?
The guidance within you is always present. It’s safe to come home to heart and to your body. You can trust yourself. You are worth the journey of returning to your truth and remembering your joy, your wholeness and your power, peace + potential.

A bit more about today’s guest:
Christine is a yoga teacher and a creative expressionist, who moves through life honouring her inner-child, and finds true joy in connecting with others. Through movement and breath she rediscovered deeper layers of herself, and her yoga classes hold space for students to do the same.
Since Yoga is Christine’s soft and safe landing space, her classes are known to create that same environment - one where people feel safe to access themselves - while also tapping into play and light heartedness.
With creativity and expression at her core, Christine also enjoys breathing life into “old / discarded” items - beautifully transforming them into something new… reminding us that we are all meant to be different AND we all deserve to give ourselves another chance too. She believes that being able to change (anything) is one of life’s greatest and most cherished gifts. What would it feel like to give yourself another chance?
