Woman Lessons
How to BE and RAISE a truly confident woman.
This podcast was inspired by my daughter Quinn, who asked me when she was 9 yo “Mom, can we do woman lessons?” It allowed me to reflect and ask myself what type of woman am I modeling for her to follow?
In today's world, women face a constant battle with comparison and self criticism. 90% of women don’t love their bodies. 46% of woman have criticized themselves once before 9:30. This is not ok, this is not something I want to model for my daughter nor have any other woman struggle with-this takes away our power.
Woman Lessons is designed to leave you feeling empowered and we will explore ways that together as women, we can learn to look inward and upward for our validation- because that is where true confidence is found.
You will learn to love yourself and lean on god, so you can confidently raise the next generation of leaders.
In this podcast you will hear from high-performing women on how to silence the self-critic, balance all your roles as a woman, the lessons they learned the hard way, and how they are living in their potential today, so you can do the same!
You will leave knowing who you are, having a greater confidence in your divine calling as a mother and find more self-compassion as a high performing woman.
Welcome to woman lessons.

In this episode of Women Lessons, host Traci Peterson engages with the Bank Sisters, Alyssa and McKenna, discussing the intersection of fashion, confidence and being a disciple of Christ. They explore how fashion can be a creative outlet that enhances self-worth and encourages women to support each other rather than compete. They discuss modesty in our world. They dive into the temple garment for members of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and how one can wear them and still be fashionable, confident and covenant-keeping. In this conversation, Traci Peterson and guests Alyssa and Mckenna explore essential fashion tips for women, the evolving definition of modesty, and the importance of personal identity in fashion choices. They discuss how to navigate fashion for teens, the significance of self-expression, and the creation of the Garment Girlies project, which aims to empower women to embrace modesty while feeling fashionable and confident. In this engaging conversation, Alyssa and McKenna discuss the transformative power of confidence and beauty, emphasizing how inner beauty can radiate outward. They explore the significance of modesty and how garments serve as a reminder of faith and commitment. The duo shares insights on creativity in fashion, the importance of self-acceptance, and the lessons learned from strong women in their lives.
