We're your hosts, Morgan and Bailey. Hey guys. We are so excited for this episode. We have started incorporating guests in 2025. Mm-hmm. This was because someone left some feedback for us that it would be fun to have guests. So we're trying to do that every like four or five episodes. I'm gonna shout out my husband because he has been dealing with me being pregnant. Um, and he's done a great job and he's just really been stepping up and cleaning a lot of things that I don't even think about. Need to be clean for our baby to come. He's like nesting for you. Yes. He's already in my face where he's like, I gotta clean the garage out. I'm like, yeah, do it. Do it. Do it. I love it. Did he listen to our spring cleaning episode? I don't know. It really put the, maybe that's what came him. Yeah. The motivation. You said. I didn't have to motivate him, but we did. But for sure. Yeah. So I love it. Well, I'm super excited for today's episode because Chelsea is here to talk about astrology. Yeah. You, which I'm so excited about. I feel like astrology is not something that I actually know about. Like I know what my sign is. Yes. And I know the characteristics of it, and I feel like everyone's always surprised when I tell'em I'm a Scorpio. And then we get into it and I'm like, I feel like if you really know me, then it makes sense. Yeah. But I, no, I'm really excited for it. What do you know much about astrology? I, I don't, and I bet that a lot of listeners are similar. Mm-hmm. Because I feel like most people, if they're not super geeked out on it, they're like, how we are. Where they know, like they know their sign, but they don't know much else, you know? Yeah. And people have started saying things to me like, moons and rising and blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, what? I know. You know? And so, so anyway, so I, I wanted to bring Chelsea on. You were honestly one of the first people that came to my mind when we decided to start doing guests.'cause I was like, you've gotten so in depth in this and I feel like you've really just researched a lot. Yeah. And learned a lot. And learned a lot about like different types. Yeah. Because I think that's the thing, like we all know what our sign is, but we don't know a lot about the others. Like, I couldn't tell you anything about a Scorpio off the top of my head. We're just supposed to be like, well, we're supposed to be super loyal, I think. Mm-hmm. But also super like. Yeah. And mysterious. Mysterious, ooh, that's like the biggest quality. And that one cracks me up.'cause I'm like, I'll tell anybody anything. And that's because your moon sign, Leo. Oh my gosh. Okay. Talk about it. Well, yeah, we're gonna get all into that. I love it. Yeah. I wanna ask Chelsea, how did you get into astrology? Okay. It's actually such an interesting story. So I worked at Children's Mercy. Um, I'm a respiratory therapist by trade, but I worked at Children's Mercy, um, as a supervisor. And one of my employees was like, I really need help with the treatment today. Can you go see? And it was a, a super long treatment for this kiddo. I walked in and this mom was like, I know you. And I said, no, you don't. I've never seen you in my life and I have really good with faces. So I was like, there's no way. Yeah. And she was like, no. Like I, I just like feel like I know you. and then she was like, do you have like, um, are you a cancer son? And I was like, is that like my Zodiac son? I knew nothing about it. This was like 2019. I knew nothing about it. And I was like, yeah. And she said, okay, can I, would you mind sharing your information? I kind of just wanna see like the rest of your chart. And I was like, my God, my chart. And so at that point, I didn't even really know that like, your birth chart is where all of the planets were in the sky when you were born Uhhuh at that exact moment. And so I was like, yeah, I mean, I'm interested in, I'm like a spiritual person, so I'm like, oh, I would love to know that. Yeah. She looked it up and we have like virtually the same chart. Wow. Except that's our signs were different. Yeah. And she was like, I knew it, I just knew it. And I said, how do you, how do you know that stuff? You know, like, what got you into it? And so she told me about this man, which I'm gonna plug this podcast too because this is where I learn. But um, his name is Robert Glasscock and he has a podcast called Old Soul, new Soul Astrology. Um. And she was like, do a reading with him. Like, I promise it will change your life. And I was like, I looked it up and it, it is like$200. Oh, okay. I was gonna say, what do you mean do a reading? Like it's a service He does? Yeah. So it's like a zoom where, you get on Zoom with him, he pulls up all of your chart and stuff before, and then you can ask him like guided questions. He's been in astrologer for like six years. Okay. So you can ask him guided questions. and then he kind of just like starts to tell you about things and you're just like, whoa. Well, how'd you know that? So he actually told me that I would be pregnant in 2025. Shut what? Yep. And I was like, no, I don't want What year was this? This was 2021. Okay. So I was like, no. And 10 years You hadn't met Quentin yet, right? No, I had, we've been together since 2020. Okay. so, oh my God. I was like, with that, you know, I'm like, wait, wait, wait. and so I did this reading with him. He basically told me like, you're gonna do astrology one day, it's gonna be your full-time job. Oh my God. You are going to like, that is how you're gonna be fulfilled. You're gonna help people. And I was like, I don't know anything about astrology. Whatcha saying? Yeah. So he, was like, just keep in contact with me, you know, you can email me about things. So when I, was getting married, you know, he was like, I feel like you're gonna get married, around this day. And I was like, I don't, we're not there. Uh, you, no. and then I did another reading with him, like probably a year before my wedding. Okay. Just because I wanted to tell him, you know, I am doing all these things. I'm kind of learning, like you said, I'm in shock that this is like something I'm passionate about, but it really is. And he said, yeah, I told you. and then he was like, are you getting married on June 24th? And I was like, yeah. He said, yeah, that's your solar arc. That is literally the person you're supposed to marry. And I said, oh my God, you, so then I'm like. What? So it's crazy because I go back to work and like I don't, I only, staffed like once a week. So I didn't get to see patients that often as a supervisor Uhhuh. But I had that kiddo that day. Oh my God. And I was like, oh my God, I hope I get to see his mom because it's been like three years at this point or two years at this point. So I'm like, oh my gosh, I really hope I get to see her. I go in and she has this book. Oh my gosh, you probably can't see it, but it's called, it's so pretty, right? It is really pretty. It's called the Angel Numbers book and it's how to understand the Messages Your Spirit guys are sending you. And she wrote me a little note inside, this is so cute. And she said, Chelsea, thank you for being a light in this world. Love Kendra. And then she wrote her Instagram and her phone number, but back then, like it was, I couldn't reach out to her. Oh yeah. Like hip and stuff. But she was like, I've been, every time we come here, I bring this because I'm really hopeful. I'll see you. Goodness. Oh my gosh. And so I told her, you know, I did go see Robert and this is insane. I don't know how. And she's like. That's exactly why like I wanted you to go, oh my God, it's so sweet. I had the same experience and now I quit my job and I'm a full-time astrologer. And I said, oh my gosh. Wow. Yeah. So it's kind of crazy how it all came together, but it really does say like, what your passions are in your chart. It's so crazy. That's really cool. Like, kind of, it's like a guide. It's not like you will be this, right? It's like these kind of things. Doing a job centered around this. Like where for me it's, it's part of your moon sign and stuff, but like your second house uhhuh is really important. So my second house, I don't even know anything about that. It's so exciting and like I have like a little, I have a lot of just random general info that'll help everybody. But Uhhuh, your second house is really about. like what makes you feel fulfilled in your work, in your home? Like, it's kinda like the work life balance. Okay, so for me, I'm an Aquarius second house. Mm-hmm. Which means like, it's like a humanitarian sign, so I need to be helping people, engaging with the community to feel fulfilled, which is health care. Yeah. You know, goes hand in hand. Yes. But it also looked at your Mars sign, so it, it could really tell you a lot more if you put two and two together. It's crazy, how all those things go together. That is so interesting. And I, and I will, I'll link the Robert you said? Yes. I'll link his podcast and stuff in the show notes as well. Mm-hmm. Whenever we go back. that's so cool. No, that is really cool. So earlier you said like children's hos or like children's received by trade. So does that mean like you're trying to do this kind of now? I hope so. I mean, this is like my, you guys are like my first like venture out Oh my God. Into reading somebody's chart. Like you, I, I hadn't met you besides Morgan's birthday party, right? Yeah. So, and that was like. You know, you're all over place of like having fun. Definitely. I, I mean, I didn't, I don't, I didn't know anything really about you besides your fun energy. Yeah. And so when I was reading your chart, I found so much amazing sin between you guys that I was like, holy cow. Like you guys have such a special bond. And so now me and Morgan, we do. And so I kind of wanna read like your sister's shorts too. Oh my god. To see how you're all connected. Yes. Oh, cool. Oh, I love that. But no, I want to do that. It's just, you know, is it feasible?'cause right now I do, I work at Midwest Transplant and do organ transplants, so it's. That's, you know, the sustainability for us. Yes. Yes. Having a life. Yeah. Well and if it's sustainable one day I would like to Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. And you're pregnant, like Yes. I have to have stability right now. Yeah. That was not the time to, but like I think you even just charging like a few dollars or like five bucks for a reading. Yeah, de definitely like, because it helps me every time too. Yeah. Like I learned so much reading your guys' charts. Oh my God. And that's why it's so fun. It's just continuous. Like I love that. I know. Compared to Robert, I probably like if this is the scale mm-hmm. He's up here, I'm like here. Yeah, sure. So like, there's so much to go. And I think that's why I'm so passionate about it.'cause you can really look deeper into those that you love, or random people and they look to you and they're like, you know, do you think, do you think I'm a bad person for this? I'm like, absolutely not girl. Like, no, no, no. Let's talk about it and then we can go deeper. And I feel like it helps people find that introspective, Like clarity and stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. and that's why I like it is and, and it's fun to see people light up and they're like, oh, really? Yeah. Like when I was looking at your guys' husbands and how they should be, I dunno anything about Mason, but obviously know Jared very well and I was like, yep. Takes out, oh my God, I'm so, so excited. I love things like these, which, like I said earlier, I know nothing about it, but one time, like I got my palm red. Mm-hmm. And obviously she didn't actually know anything about me, so it wasn't based on anything factual, but the whole time I'm like, yes. That's so true. I'm like, oh my God. And so I just like hearing this stuff. I love that about it. Anyway. Yeah, it's really cool. I do wanna, before we get super into the,'cause, you're going to do basically like a live reading for us. Yeah. And, and Chelsea, God bless her. She did a ton of homework. Like she did a deep dive into this prior to. So all of this stuff, all, like, all of everything that she's gonna talk about today is very well researched and read. And you did such a good job. I was very impressed. Yes. But before getting like into the nitty gritty of it, just'cause I feel like I don't always use the right terms even. Mm-hmm. Like we've, even today, we've already said astrology, zodiac. Yeah. Some people say like horoscope, whatever, that sort of thing. Mm-hmm. Can you just give us the correct terms that we'll be using today? Yeah. In the birth chart mm-hmm. Situation. So astrology is the study of. All of these things combined, so, okay. The houses, the charts. So I, which maybe you can link the charts. Yeah, yeah. You guys are charts. Okay. that be fun. But it's, there's angles and aspects and all things that make you, you based on where your planets are, what degrees, those things. That's all astrology. Mm-hmm. So every sign in your thing, like that's, it's the study of where those planets were in. Okay. When you were born. And then zodiac signs, wait, wait. This is a dumb question. No, it's not. No questions done. Okay. So the planets, do they have, okay, wait, what do the planets have to do with, like, the Leo, Scorpio, like those, so they have different characteristics. So like, your sun sign is very much the version of you that feels, it's, it's like the version that's just like word vomit that comes out. Oh, okay. Your rising sign is your most authentic. You, you may not show that to anybody, but it will present every day. Oh, okay. For example, I'm a Capricorn rising, so. Capricorn is about discipline and it's ruled by Saturn, the planet of discipline. Okay. Okay. So each planet has like different, manifestations, I suppose. Mm-hmm. And how they present in your life. And there's great aspects. There's challenging aspects. Mm-hmm. If anyone that says they're an astrologer says that this is a bad placement, run away. That's not real. No. Placement is a bad placement. There are challenging placements, but realistically, everything is meant to make you grow and learn into the person you're supposed to be. Yeah. Okay. So there's no bad placement. Oh my God. Imagine being told like, wow, you were really born at a horrible time. Yeah. Here, life box. Well, I see like sometimes I'm like, oh, a Capricorn moon, that like, that hurts. Like, because I'm like, dang, that was probably really hard. But I'm not like, oh god. Yeah. You know, like, you have a terrible life. Yeah. I like you. Maybe struggled with these things and they like obstacles. Wow. But if you get through it, it's more prolific.'cause you're like, oh yeah, I did that. Mm-hmm. I did that. Mm-hmm. You know? I have a question. Yes. Did you have to get our times of birth? Yes. Did you get that from Morgan? I did. Okay. I got it from mom. Excellent. I was like, how did you know? I dunno at all. I just know she just knew you just know everything about me. No, I couldn't even have told you when I was born, but she knew she had to look mine up. But she knew yours because something about Aunt Sonya called right at the same time our, our aunt called right after Bailey was born and so they always remember the exact time. Oh, that's funny. Because dad like looked at the clock and was like, well I guess she was born at this time. Dunno the time. Okay. That's cute. I love that. Oh, okay. I'm excited. so you had to get our day, time and place that we were born, right? Yes. Yes. Okay. Places in like the hospital or place? As in state? City. State. Oh, okay. Mm-hmm. I was like, God, I need the exact hospital. Yeah. Okay. So I did cut you off. So, so astrology, you gave us that term. Oh yes. And then, I guess like Zodiac, so Zodiac sign is kind of just like, your sun sign is what it goes off of, so. Okay. Is that like your main one that people tell you? Yeah, and I'm a Scorpio, yes. Okay. But what people don't know, and this is actually important for if you're looking at a horoscope, so a horoscope is, like a, so there's different transits, so you know the planets are always moving. Yeah. So something could go into, I'm sure you've heard of Mercury retrograde. I feel like everyone jokes about Mercury retrograde. Yes. but that just means that Mercury is moving backwards. Oh, Morgan's not totally online. I was like, I don't know this thing. Okay. They're always like, oh, Mercury's in Gatorade. You know, like funny little memes like that.'cause they're like, oh, the planets are bad. Mercury and Mercury. Yeah. Or like, if you're having a really bad day, it's like, Ugh. Must be Mercury rec, right? Yes. And like, so for your horoscope, just, always look at your rising signs. So if you can pull up, I use, cafe astrology to like, or astro sofa, to pull up people's charts and that just gives you your actual like chart with. Where things are, degree, everything like that. Okay. but you can find your rising sign there. It's also called your ascendant. So, Ooh, on some of those Ascend, that's the official term. Yes. Okay. So always look up your ascendant sign for your horoscope, not your sun sign. Okay. Your sun sign may have some significance, but it's gonna be way more accurate to look your rising sign. But a lot of people don't know that because they only know their sun normally. Yeah. And that's like the Leo and the Scorpio. Yep. Okay. Nice. Okay. Well one of my other questions before we get into it is like, what would, we're doing birth charts? Yes. And so in simple terms, what does it mean to read your birth chart? so it's just where the planets are. In the sky at the exact time you're born. So you have to have the exact time because you're the rising sign, which is your ascendant, which, it's what's rising over the sun at that point, it's, I'm not sure how to describe that, but that's kind of what it is. that changes every five minutes. So, whoa, if you're off by five minutes, you may have a completely different sign which changes your entire chart. Oh my gosh. just because your rising sign is such a big piece. Dude, hopefully Mom was accurate. It about mine. I knowing you, yours is accurate. I don't know too much about you, but I. I'm, I'm thinking since this interaction that we've had for an hour, like Yeah, I feel like it's correct. Okay. Yeah. but cool, if you're, because for a while I thought mine was different and I thought Quentin's was different. And then when, when I had Robert read it, he kind of rectified my chart and was like, no, this is interesting. And I was like, whoa. That's crazy. Interesting. That's really cool. Yeah. So you had sent us the outline and everything, or the chart just to make sure there was like nothing on there that we didn't want in there. Yeah. And I was going through it and I was like, wait, I don't wanna spoil it for myself. So I didn't really read too much about it. I love that. Yeah. Because I was like, I wanna be like, like raw reaction in the moment of being like, is that true? Is that accurate? Yeah. Can I think of examples for it? Or whatever. So, yeah. No, I love it. I love it so much. No, no, because I was also like, I know there's nothing that I'm gonna be like, don't talk about that. No, it just don't talk about anything with anybody. Anything. Yeah. Yeah. And I love that about you and that makes sense because your Leo moon is, is just like. I'm here. I will tell you whatever you wanna know. Yeah, yeah. But, and then your Scorpio sounds like I'm gonna tell you, but I'm gonna be selective about who I'm telling. Uhhuh Uhhuh. Mm-hmm. So, I had really a lot of fun reading your guys' chart.'cause like I said, I don't know Bailey too well. Mm-hmm. But I know Morgan very well. Mm-hmm. She's one of my besties. So I was like, I'm really excited to dive deeper, but there are some things that if you ever get a reading done with me or anyone else, some things might feel like ouch. just because it's things you haven't dealt with yet, or, you know, maybe it feels like validation. Mm-hmm. Before you feeling a certain way. Yeah. so there's some things with your, your moon is also related to relationship with your mother. Mm. So sometimes, you know, there's a lot there and people are like, yeah, definitely. No, I'm really excited for that one because obviously we have the same mom grew up in the same house raised Yes. The same, you know, same. Values and everything, but we have such a different relationship with Mom. Definitely have a very different experience. Yeah, definitely. Yeah. That's exciting. Well fun. Okay. Should we just like, get into it? Yeah, let's do it. You can lead the charge, okay, so let's start with Bailey. Bailey Bailey is a Scorpio son with a Leo moon and she has a Pisces ascended. Oh. So, Pisces is, well, let me just start with the sun. I'm getting into myself. Okay. so your chart is made up of Sun, moon, mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Lilith, north node. And then you have a south node. and then your placements. So each of those planets are in different houses. The houses, actually, let's start here. The houses. all have different characteristics themselves. So your first house, which is your ascendant, by the way, it's the same thing. Okay? Always gonna be in your first house, okay? Is, it represents self identity, physical appearance, ego, like who you are, who is Bailey? Who is Morgan? That is your first house. Okay. Okay. And then your second house deals with money, possessions, values, self-worth, so like your career, what you need to be fulfilled with those things. third house is communication. Siblings. Oh, short trips and learning. And, really focus heavy on the communication in the third house. Hmm. Fourth house is your home, your family, your roots and emotional foundation. your fifth house is dealing with self-expression, creativity, love, and children. Oh, spicy. Your sixth house is your. health Daily routines, and then there's service to others. So this could, so for me, my sixth house is, my Mars is in my sixth house, so I help people and make money doing that. Okay. So yeah, it's kind of, they kind of, you'll see as we go along, like how those things, the houses mixed with where those planets are is important. Okay. and then your seventh house is your partnerships, your relationships, and your one-on-one connections. So, that's like where you feel love, like that's how you feel your love. Is that where you pulled some of the stuff about like the husband relationships? Uhhuh. Okay. So, your Jupiter placement and your Venus placement, your Jupiter is your husband in a man's chart. The Venus is the wife. Cute. But your Venus sign also is, how you receive love, how you give love. So it's like, mine is in cancer, so I'm very just like. I love you and you're gonna know that I love you. Mm-hmm. Yeah. If I don't, you're gonna know that I don't. I love that. But for the most part, I'm really nurturing with my friends and family. Mm-hmm. And different Venus placements show different things and your guys' are very different than mine. So it was fun to learn about. Interesting. I have a quick question. Yeah. And we can take this out if you want or if you don't know the answer, but, if you were doing a reading for a same sex couple or something, would it be Venus or Jupiter or what it would be? Yeah, whatever. So if it was a woman, I would look at the Venus. Mm-hmm. Okay. Okay, cool. So you would just look at the Venus for both. Yeah. So yeah, I guess that's a really good question. but yeah, if you're in a heterosexual relationship, it's opposite. If you're in the same, it's the same. Okay. So like if we were dating, we would both look at our venous signs and be like, oh, do we receive and share love the same way? Okay. Because there is compatibility with that and. That's sometimes why people don't work out. Yeah.'cause they don't like, it's like kind of deals with the love languages in that aspect. Yeah. If you know about those, it's kind of similar. Yeah. Yes. It was sounding like it. Yeah. Cool. Okay. And then we just have a few more houses and then I can really get into the suns.'cause the houses, I feel like once, you know, the themes, it's easier to place. What? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So your eighth house deals with shared resources, transformations, and mysteries, which you are eighth house, heavy. Ooh. Which makes a lot of sense knowing you. your ninth house is your higher education philosophy. travel and exploration. Your 11th is social circles, friends, hopes and aspirations. And then your 12th house deals with your subconscious. Okay. So everything you don't wanna deal with your 12th house is like your karmic realm. Mm-hmm. Oh man. Yeah. So there's a lot, a lot to that one. Yeah. But, okay. So Bailey is a son. Is a Scorpio son. And you are a Scorpio son in your eighth house. So that's what we just talked about. you, oh, you were saying she's heavy in her eighth house. Both of you are Oh, oh, both of you are. Which, because of that, your transforming a lot and that makes sense that your son in Scorpio is in the eighth house because you're a little mysterious anyway, and that makes you a little bit more, just like not mysterious and like sneaking around secret agent vibes, but yeah. In the fact that people that don't know you, you might not have a huge social media where you're like, I'm putting every detail of my life on. Yeah. You might just be a little more selective with who you share that information with and it's like a, it's a really powerful placement. Mm-hmm. So you have a lot of power in who you decide to do those things with. I always think to myself that I feel like a lot of people don't know the real me. Yeah. Is that kind of the mysterious part? Yep. Where I'm like, no or, or sometimes I get worried that I mask a lot of it. Mm-hmm. Is that like kind of mysterious? Yes. Okay. Yes. And that makes sense because you with the A DH ADHD and I have a little thing about your A DHD too part.'cause I looked at it with mine and I was like, oh my God, that makes sense, Uhhuh. So with your emotions, you probably dive pretty deep into what you're feeling, to kind of understand and like, kind of the same way I do. You might be very good at feeling your emotions and then you have to logic them a little bit. Yeah. And you're like, well, hold on. You know, is this making sense logically as well? Which emotions really aren't supposed to be logic. So it's kind of, it's kind of interesting to, to do those things. Yeah.'cause you're supposed to feel them, process them and let them go. Not really think like, well that didn't make sense that they would do that to make sense of this. Yeah. Yes. which I struggle with that too. so your moon in the ninth house, like I said, can indicate that like yearning for knowledge, understanding, it could be even just your philosophies and like what you stand for, your spiritualness.
