What to eat in Peri/Menopause.

The most common question I get regarding perimenopause and menopause is; What do I eat?  As what I used to eat makes me put on weight or I now have digestion issues.  
The biggest illusion is; I eat healthy and I still have put on weight and have many symptoms.
This is true, hormones are different now and so are our bodies.  What you eat and when you eat really really matters.
Understanding caloric windows and macros is true liberation.  
You understand what to eat in this season in life.
