It's extraordinary how many times I've been asked if I'm a yoga teacher. As a meditation teacher and retreat leader over the years people have just presumed I do or at least do yoga. Much to their surprise my answer is NO. In my tradition Yoga does not mean a movement class at a gym or in a studio, it does not.
Yet during my wellness journey I did fall in love with a Yoga that has become integral to my life and my health. Have a listen and find out.
