Self Betrayal

Have you ever noticed how much you let yourself get away with.  How many people commit to doing things for themselves and then just don’t.  If you ask them how they would feel if someone behaved that way to them, how would they feel? The answer is quite confronting.  I delve deeper into this pattern so many do on the regular.
