Pressure makes diamonds …

This week I talk about the discernment between stress and pressure and how that awareness can have extraordinary outcomes. 

As we all know when pressure is applied to coal the result is diamonds.  So using this analogy we can apply it to ourselves.  Stress contracts us, pressure expands us.  Excellent listen especially for this time of year.
