I spent much of my adult life trying to feel better about myself. To feel like, yes, I mattered and could make a difference using my gifts.

But not matter what I tried from Course in Miracles to The Law of Attraction, nothing really shifted. Yes, my mind was all in and really wanted what was promised in these programs. My body was not buying it and until our bodies go along with the ideas we aren't fully on board.
