Rushing Slowly
The art of getting ahead by slowing down.
We’re more stressed, burnt out and anxious than ever, mental health is at an all time low. But for some of us, we’re not willing to sacrifice our aspirations, and we get stuck between a desire to feel well and our unwavering drive for success.
Join us, Zoe Klein & Megan Waters as we learn how to rush a little slower.

Rushing Slowly
Turning Adversity into Influence with Courtney Ugle
Courtney Ugle is a powerhouse of resilience, a proud Noongar woman from Bunbury, WA.
She is the founder of Waangkiny, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering communities and fostering change through storytelling.
Courtney's life has been shaped by profound losses, having grown up in an environment marked by domestic violence and losing both parents at a young age. Yet, these challenges have only fuelled her vision, driving her to be a voice for those whose stories need to be told and heard.
We absolutely adore Courtney and we certainly made sure we let her know in this latest episode, she is such a beaming bright ray of sunshine in this World, even when the clouds can be a little grey at times. We know you are all going to absolutely love this yarn.
TRIGGER WARNING
