Rushing Slowly
The art of getting ahead by slowing down.
We’re more stressed, burnt out and anxious than ever, mental health is at an all time low. But for some of us, we’re not willing to sacrifice our aspirations, and we get stuck between a desire to feel well and our unwavering drive for success.
Join us, Zoe Klein & Megan Waters as we learn how to rush a little slower.

Rushing Slowly
The Thief of Joy
This week we dissect Megzy's dating life and talk about how having a crush on someone can be a real distraction for the mind. On top of that, we dive into the topic of comparison and how we both navigate that in a society that expects so much from us, especially as women in our 30's.
On one hand, it can motivate growth and self-improvement, serving as a benchmark to measure progress and aspirations. On the other hand, excessive comparison can lead to feelings of inadequacy, envy, and self-doubt. When we constantly measure our worth against others, we risk losing sight of our unique journey and individual strengths.
True fulfilment comes from embracing our own path, acknowledging our achievements, and appreciating that everyone’s story unfolds at its own pace. While comparison can provide perspective, it is important to remember that our value isn't determined by how we stack up against someone else, but by how authentically we live our own lives.
