Guided Breathwork for Calm: 5-Count Breathing with Pauses

In this short guided practice Zoe leads you through a simple breathwork sequence to slow your breathing and settle your mind. 

Starting with a steady inhale and exhale for a count of five, you’ll gradually add gentle breath holds at the top and bottom of each breath. These pauses help reduce the number of breaths you take per minute, creating a calming effect on both body and mind. Perfect for when you need to regulate your nervous system, find focus, or unwind at the end of the day.
