Body Image, Fertility & Learning to Be Gentle
In this week's episode, Zoe and Megzy talk honestly about the mental and emotional toll of body image. Especially during big life transitions like pregnancy and fertility treatment.
Zoe shares how early pregnancy impacted her relationship with food and her body, how old thought patterns resurfaced, and what helped her move through it with compassion. Megzy also gives a fertility update as she prepares for her upcoming egg-freezing cycle, and the two reflect on what it means to care for yourself when your body (and life) are in flux.
We wrap with a grounding journal prompt to bring you back to your body.
