In this episode, we continue our three-part series on renewing your mind by focusing on how to replace negative thoughts with healthy thoughts. Building on the Cognitive Behavioral Triangle and understanding automatic negative thoughts (ANTs), we’ll talk about the criteria for healthy thoughts and how it will transform us.  We will also learn how to create healthy replacement thoughts.

As I mentioned in the episode, I am happy to help you create some healthy replacement thoughts if you are struggling with that part, so please reach out to me through my website listed below.
