Healthy & Redeemed - Helping Christians Grow in Mental and Spiritual Health
Healthy & Redeemed is a podcast designed to help Christians grow emotionally and spiritually, equipping them to live healthier, more Christ-like lives. Healey Ikerd, a psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience and a U.S. Army Veteran, will blend biblical wisdom with psychological concepts to help listeners learn to manage their emotions, improve their mental health, and deepen their faith. The goal is to help listeners live out God’s word in every aspect of their lives and be healthy reflections of Jesus Christ.
