Have you ever tried to 'manage' a relationship out of fear—fear of being rejected, fear of not being enough, or fear of being alone?

In this episode, I’m talking about what it looks like to truly trust God with our relationships. We’ll gently explore how early experiences can shape the way we relate to others and how trying to control relationships often comes fear.

You don’t have to carry the burden of keeping every relationship together. We can learn to release fear, let go of the need to be liked or in control, and instead walk in the peace that comes from placing people—and outcomes—into God’s hands.

My hope is that this episode encourages your heart and reminds you that you can be healthy and that you can trust God with your relationships.
