Summer Series - Episode 5 of 7

In this episode, I walk you through how visualization can help calm your mind, reduce stress, and strengthen your faith. We’ll talk about how your brain responds to mental images, how this practice is used by professionals, and how Christians can use it in a godly way. I’ll also guide you through a peaceful imagery exercise using Psalm 23 to help you feel more grounded and connected to God.

Note:  We will walk through a guided imagery exercise.  Please do not participate if you have not worked through trauma or cannot regulate your emotions.  Please only do this with a licensed counselor.
