Anger shows up often in Scripture—not just among those far from God, but among God’s own people. In this episode of Healthy & Redeemed, we begin a careful look at how anger appears in the Bible and why God gives so many warnings about it.

In Part 1, we explore several well-known biblical figures who struggled with anger and examine what sparked their responses, how they handled that anger, and what the outcomes were. We’ll look at how anger can sit dangerously close to sin, how quickly it can distort judgment, and why Scripture repeatedly urges us not to remain in it.

This episode is about understanding anger honestly so we can respond in ways that reflect wisdom, humility, and obedience to God.
