What does it really mean to be patient?

In this episode of Healthy & Redeemed, we continue our Fruit of the Spirit series by exploring forbearance, often translated as patience. This kind of patience is more than simply waiting—it is a steady, Spirit-produced ability to remain slow to anger, respond with restraint, and bear with others even in difficult moments.

We will look at the biblical meaning of patience and explore the difference between self-produced patience and the kind of forbearance that only the Holy Spirit can form in us.

Patience is not something you have to force—it is something God grows in you.
