During season three, we've explored a variety of important topics together—from recognizing false teachers and navigating church hurt to understanding anger, suicide, and cultivating the fruit of the Spirit.

While each episode addressed a different area of life, they all pointed us toward the same goal: growing closer to Christ and becoming emotionally and spiritually healthier.

As you reflect on this season, consider what lessons have been most meaningful to you and how God may be inviting you to continue growing in the months ahead.

After the episode - catch a promo for Healey's book - The Red Ball and The Companion Activity Book.
