SPEAKER_07:

Know that healing is a journey. The blessings of Tara are surrounding you now and you're being guided to know that healing isn't linear but more like a spiral.

SPEAKER_00:

More like a spiral.

SPEAKER_07:

When you set the intention to heal, the intention itself initiates a pathway that is similar to a spiral. At times you will feel like you are overflowing with vitality, and that to others you will feel drained. There may even be moments when you feel you are revisiting something you thought you had overcome. But this revisiting is actually an opportunity to see how far you have come and the road to recovery and holiness.

SPEAKER_08:

SPEAKER_07:

Okay, and so that is around. She's a singer. Inte slagma och legendau. We kommen med tre år vinkor i stadien and now we will change over to English. Because one of our friends that is set is Neta. Vi have Neta, kolbornst and we have Inkeberg Emma again. Yes. And since Neta hasn't fully learned Icelandic, even though she has We're on her way. She's on her way.

SPEAKER_04:

Neta, do you remember your school project on me? I had a feeling that you were gonna ask me about it. I can tell you one thing about you. Yes. Uh stain on Olina Tosten Sotir. Oh uh You want me to keep going, is it say?

SPEAKER_05:

Yes, yes. Okay. Uh Hun Owga. Maun.

SPEAKER_08:

Heber Ahuga.

SPEAKER_05:

See, I can't I haven't practiced so long, I can't remember.

SPEAKER_04:

Hun heber auhuga ow uh ataka M D M R D M T. Um, at S T O Fim M-A-O-D-M-T. Yeah. M M.

SPEAKER_08:

Myko. Very good thing. Very good thing. Thank you.

SPEAKER_07:

You say she speaks Icelandic.

SPEAKER_08:

I speak Icelandic, obviously.

SPEAKER_07:

How did the uh teachers react when you had this um input?

SPEAKER_05:

You know, the thing is I prepared so well for this program and then for this the speech to give about you know this made-up speech I had for Saint Un, and then they never asked me the question, and I was so disappointed. I was just like so ready.

SPEAKER_08:

Yeah, we were so ready. I I really wanted to know, you know, just how this would impact.

SPEAKER_05:

I know I had even made one of our students. I had even made like chat GBT images to go along with it. Yes, there was like a whole presentation, and I got especially the Vijniscona part. Excellent image.

SPEAKER_08:

Yes, yes, exactly. And uh Neta uh is our fitness instruction instructor. Yes, yes, she teaches us a class called Hoktortai.

SPEAKER_07:

And we show up there two times a week, but uh, she's also in Yogashala. And you're gonna do a Hoktortai in Yogashala on the week. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_05:

Starting in February, we're gonna do how to diet yoga shala on Wednesday mornings.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay.

SPEAKER_05:

Yeah, so it's like 30-40 minutes of like Matt Pilates and interval training, and then we end by stretching so everybody feels good when they leave.

SPEAKER_08:

Okay, yeah, okay. That's great. And also, do you know what she's gonna do here at Mama? Yes. So we're gonna do something here at Mama. Neta is gonna introduce something to us and to um Icelandic women and everybody's who's interested. And will you tell us about it, Neta?

SPEAKER_05:

Yes, we're gonna do a 10-month course and we're gonna talk about mostly goddesses of the yoga tradition, a couple gods. And basically each month we'll take one of them and we'll share stories and teachings around them, which is like my favorite thing to do, is to uh tell these stories, and then we'll do like a couple like breath and meditation practices around it so people can kind of marinate in the energy, and then you guys are gonna come and ask me questions and contribute your feedback into it and how that shows up for you in your lives, and it's like less lecture and more kind of like conversation and ways to kind of explore how these energies are alive in us.

SPEAKER_08:

Yeah, so we can understand when we are in Kali mode, when we are in Lakshmi mode, and when so we can observe this also in each other and learn, you know, when we're being destructive and constructive and all of that. I'm super excited about it.

SPEAKER_05:

Yeah, I'm excited about it too. I like the stories because I feel like it gives me context for things that are really hard to understand. Yeah. Like there's all these things that happen in our lives, and the stories of the goddesses and their imagery and like all their weapons and all the stuff. It gives me like a little bit of a way to understand it and put it into context. Yeah.

SPEAKER_08:

One question will you be doing your fire ceremonies?

SPEAKER_05:

We are talking about we're starting we're talking about starting that back up on the full moons and more details coming. But yeah, the fire ceremonies also share like a little bit of the story, and then we do like a Vedic fire ceremony, which is the oldest yogic practice. And yeah, it's a way to kind of invoke those energies into our lives and then also like be in community around it. So everybody gets to kind of like contemplate those energies within them, share with each other, and then yeah, make some offerings to the fire.

SPEAKER_07:

And Neta, you know all those things about all those goddesses because you were in a kind of a temple for four years or something like this in America.

SPEAKER_05:

Ashram Ashram Ashram. Long time, yeah. Like 2008, I started going to this ashram in Florida, um, where my spiritual teacher lived, and uh spent a lot of time studying with her about the gods and goddesses, and that's kind of how it started coming alive. And then I also owned a yoga studio, so I would like do courses and teacher trainings and stuff. So I started marinating in that a little bit more and then sharing it.

SPEAKER_07:

Yeah.

unknown:

Okay.

SPEAKER_08:

Yeah. So now we have to introduce, yeah, yeah. And you know, in fact, she's the only uh professional uh elf woman I know. Ah, corporal, yeah. She studied social studied and uh, which is uh what is Yart Freide? Landfrede. No, Yartfrede.

SPEAKER_10:

Like earth science.

SPEAKER_08:

Earth science? But like she she is like an elf maiden, like a professional elf maiden, and uh she's a mother of four and like a big you know doer. And we're we wanted to kind of ask you what is your prediction for 2026? Oh my god.

SPEAKER_10:

Elf woman. Elf woman. We're gonna have so much fun. Yes! Oh my god, and we're gonna play so much and do everything that we desire. Like it's going all come into fruitations, the seeds that we planted. So now it's like blooming season. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07:

The ones that don't have the moth are sucked. Yes, except for those. Yeah.

SPEAKER_10:

Who are just like in the ground making little holes and thawing the roads and yes, everything is greener on the other side. Yeah, but I will see you all bloom next year. But you can always choose when you're finished with the moth. Yeah, then I'll turn into the eagle. Yeah, and then I'll look at you. It's always a choice. Yeah, remember that. Yeah. You can stay there as long as you want to. Oh, thank you.

SPEAKER_08:

Yes. Kolprun has uh beautiful insights about things. And uh like the other day, I was like a little bit complaining about a family member who was kind of stuck on uh stuck on like uh something that repeatedly was coming into this person's life, and and I was like feeding it with all these questions, and and Collo said to me, Why are you uh feeding into this? You are really keeping this alive. If you lose interest, the person in question will also lose interest in in this like diabolical circle. And um it has stayed with me because uh our reaction always creates something more. And uh in this case, it was very clear that and I tried it like a couple of days later I had the opportunity, the same thing kind of arose and la la la la. And I was about to go in and try to help and assist, and I thought about corporate and I was gonna I just I'm just gonna just gonna hold space. I'm just gonna hold space here. So I was just yes, I understand, I understand, I am yeah, yeah. This must be hard, I understand. And the conversation didn't spiral into anything, it just died. Instead of me coming in and then getting some negative reaction and spiraling into something. And uh, maybe if I show less interest in this subject, this person will also lose interest in talking about it to me. Of course, and we'll both be free. How about that? So she is very much a magician in this way, teaching me and you know, she can teach me and others how to kind of stay out of shit. Thank you for that. That was a very good lesson. Very good lesson.

SPEAKER_07:

So, Colford, what would you like to leave behind from the year 2020-five and take with you into 26?

SPEAKER_08:

Yeah, so get to print percent of our first thing.

SPEAKER_10:

Uh I'm not gonna go into any details, but I would like to leave everything behind that doesn't serve me anymore and isn't aligned with who I'm becoming. So I'm gonna burn it away. Everything. Yes.

SPEAKER_07:

Do you want to do it with yeah, you thought it's like no, you don't want to burn everything away.

SPEAKER_10:

No, not everything. No. No, okay, everything's just everything. Everything serving. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Do you want all take matches? Yep. Yes. Yeah, might as well. Let's have a ceremony. A little fire ceremony. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09:

Little ceremony. Yeah.

SPEAKER_10:

I love you girls. I love you. Okay. Yes. Let's burn it away. Yes.

SPEAKER_07:

Burn away all the undone work that is like creating a moth in your life.

SPEAKER_04:

Like a moff.

SPEAKER_08:

Let's go! New exciting opportunities. And uh sorry, my doing.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay, we are back here and uh we want to ask you Neta to do a Kali song because Kali is one of the goddesses that we need to burn things. Yes.

SPEAKER_05:

She represents dissolution, so the endings of things. And the idea is that like it's not ending just for the sake of ending, it's ending and digesting the thing so that you can use it as fuel for something that's coming up. Yeah.

SPEAKER_08:

Will you sing a Kali mantra for us and we can sing with her?

SPEAKER_03:

Sure. Jayama. Jay Amata. Je a matha. Jayama tourque. Namo nam calli turke. Namour.

SPEAKER_08:

Inkeepur nun eutlen. How are we feeling? All of us right now.

SPEAKER_09:

I think we're anticipating New Year. We're just we're just shedding. I mean we are we must be like thinking about last year. We think about the future we're like. Yeah, I think it's a moment. It's a moment.

SPEAKER_07:

It's a moment it's a moment we are having now.

SPEAKER_08:

I think so. Um Emma has invited our friend group to meet on the 3rd of January and we're gonna do something interesting together as a friend group, but like for us individually. Will you tell us what we're gonna do?

SPEAKER_09:

Yeah, we're gonna both write down like like manifesto for the year. And we're gonna make a vision board. And we're gonna uh do tarot reading and it's just going to be so much fun. No, I think it's gonna be it's almost a little bit boring. Boring? It is because it's like it's it's discipline.

SPEAKER_05:

She's a very disciplined art teacher for all of us.

SPEAKER_09:

Okay, okay, okay.

SPEAKER_10:

So it's gonna be boring.

SPEAKER_09:

I in a way, because I'm gonna put I'm gonna give you assignments.

SPEAKER_08:

Well, and I also want to say that uh you might be doing art classes here at Mama this year. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. That's like on the table. That's on the table. And uh, well, at least Dora, uh Neta and I, we've done art classes with you, and they were like very revealing. Yes. And for people that, you know, have like not really used colors or pens or anything since they were kids, like me and Netta.

SPEAKER_05:

This was like very it was very hard for Netta. It was very hard for me. I mean, Neta cried. I cried like every art class. Yeah, I had to like go through some shit inside of myself, yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_08:

But it was like so much fun to just work with color and the exercises you had to do. They were like, I could not have believed what I learned about myself. Thank you. And so I'm hoping you will do more art classes with our friends. We will, but also for the general public, because people just have to kind of get out of their head and do something.

SPEAKER_09:

Yeah. Yeah, I think so.

SPEAKER_05:

It's just also interesting, like what comes through your hand that doesn't come through your mouth. But you are a painter, Neta.

SPEAKER_09:

That is you are the only painter in school. You are the only painter. I am not the only worst painter in school. I paint like a three-year-old. I draw, but painter is uh is the one that can channel the feeling. Now you can do that.

SPEAKER_05:

Yeah, it's not much to look at visually, but a lot of motion comes through.

SPEAKER_07:

That's the painter. That's you don't you don't get it. This is why you cried, because you just like channeling.

SPEAKER_09:

It's not about drawing, it's about channeling. Well, channeling is something I did.

SPEAKER_08:

And Colla, you're probably gonna be doing something fun with me and Austin's around this year. Definitely. We didn't want to disclose our stays and I because it's like on the tape, like we're you know, but it's gonna be fun. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Definitely. Yeah. We're gonna have fun. Okay, so much fun.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay, okay. But you will announce it on Facebook. Okay, so we will find out about it. Of course we will. Okay.

SPEAKER_08:

Oh my god, it's gonna be so bad. I mean, we're gonna be so hot, and it's gonna be so bad. I love Augustie's. I love it.

SPEAKER_07:

We're saying we love you, Austi.

SPEAKER_08:

We love you!

SPEAKER_07:

This this episode is coming to an end. We have still wrapped up. Yeah, then we do the fourth episode. Yes. Yeah, yeah, because we do fourth. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We do many episodes together, and then we run them all together so people don't have to listen to all of them at one time. Yeah, yeah. Dose it out a little bit. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_08:

So we don't know. So now we are here, five of our friend group. I mean, we have a lot of other women and men in our friend group, but like um the school. The school, our school. But um, what do we collectively, the five of us, what do we want to bring into the year? What can we collectively bring into it?

SPEAKER_09:

I want to buy a plastic Christmas tree, let's say, yes, that has snow on it, okay, and maybe something pink and have it for next Christmas. And that's a huge change for me.

SPEAKER_07:

That's like yeah, to have plastic, you mean?

SPEAKER_09:

Yeah, and with snow.

SPEAKER_07:

Yes, yes, yes, yes.

SPEAKER_09:

Okay, snow. Okay. That's my New Year's resolution.

SPEAKER_10:

I'm really a plastic Christmas tree for next Christmas. Yes. Okay.

SPEAKER_08:

I'm very worried about your class on the third. I've never planned anything in my whole life. Yeah. State of being doing that.

SPEAKER_05:

Instead of planning things to achieve, I'm doing states of being. And then that makes it a little easier for me. It's like, what are my states of being I'm going for in 2026? Of course. Yeah. Then it makes it a little less like planning. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_09:

It's more like I don't like planning. Planting it's not planning, and okay, good. Nothing.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay. I want to create space. Because there are things that want to be born. And I have too many things that take energy. Take up space from the things that need to be born. Så this is my 2026. Det är bara sagen.

SPEAKER_08:

Och gång mig är det brät. I am like obsessed with finding ways in where we as friends can collaborate in like various ways. That's where my head is. I don't have any kind of like personal goals. I have the personal goals to create collaboration with you guys. Like me and Dora are doing this, and I just like want us to create lots of like outlets and projects that make us happy so we can play together. Yeah. That's basically what I'm thinking about.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay, and then I'm gonna put on the final song of this because it's just a very nice. You don't hear it. Now comes the song in. What it's Imasuma. Yes. Now we know that the episode is finished.

SPEAKER_06:

It's so great to be with you all.
