I’m Zoë, a personal trainer with over ten years of experience helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency in their lives. My focus goes beyond training sessions. I help you understand your body, create structure that works for your lifestyle, and build habits you can actually maintain.
I believe fitness should support your life, not control it. Through a balance of strength training, cardio, and recovery, I guide women towards results that feel good both physically and mentally.
Through my coaching and content, I aim to make fitness simple, realistic, and sustainable. I’m also the co host of Giggles and Glutes, where we share honest conversations around fitness, mindset, and everyday life.
My goal is to create a space where women feel strong, supported, and confident in who they are becoming.
